Remarks :
Every year the geography department of the university conducts and entrance test for filling it total of 60 seats the test consist of hundred questions with 100 marks and student getting around 60 to 70 marks in general category get easily admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
The whole course of masters in geography consist of 4th semester with e semester recurring after every 6 months the exams are conductive with proper stick neck and the faculty teaching the geography and other subject is so much certified that they are well qualified from the different type of naturals and international institute
Internships Opportunities :
I had not update for any internship but since now national education policy 2020 is applied in the university therefore it is compulsory for the students studying in the MSc Geography for internship in the june july month of the year
Placement Experience :
The placement cell of the kurukshetra University is so much sophisticated that it offers many employment opportunity is to the students of MSc Geography including their higher studies in the foreign countries as well
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure of the geography masters in geography include 24000 rupees which is inclusive of all the taxes and other tuition fee registration fees as well there is not any reservation in case of fees for the other students of other categories and the university does not type of first scholarship how are the scholarship is available only for the reserve category
Campus Life :
The campus of kurukshetra University is spread in around 3700 square yards which is a greenless campus with greenery everywhere the campus also provide various big parks like rose garden riverside Park every year the university prepare for the return of the festival in the October month of the year which includes the Haryanvi ascent
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I had opted for the hostel there are separate hostel for the boys and girls there are 13 boys hostel and 13 girls hostel and the girls hostel has specific timings however there is no timing restrictions on the boys hostel likewise timings there the quality of the match food is of average as compared to that a form food however it is sufficient to complete the nutritional requirements of the students

The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. Placement Experience :
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
