Remarks :
Christ College is popular for its academic reputation and this is a very famous and popular college in our area.The campus infrastructure plays a significant role in my decision and offers modern classroom and library and provide a friendly environment .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course (geology), because of the interest in understanding earth's processes, it's history and how they formed. This course offers field tour and outdoor exploration. The faculties in geology department are highly qualified with many holding PhDs and research experience.The teaching methods are traditional lecturing, with projector and fieldworks. The exams and the result publishing are on scheduled time, ensuring a smooth academic flow.
Placement Experience :
Lots and lots of placement for different departments. Students must have a minimum attendance of 75 percentage. No back papers during the placement session. Some of the notable recruiters that visit Christ College include -Infosts, wipro, TCS,Byju's etc Highest package was offered by Byju's for business development roles (?12 LPA) 80% of the students secured placements during almost all academic year with majority IT related jobs. My future plan after BSc was to go for a MSc and now I'm pursuing my master's in geology.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First year -28000 Second year -24000 Third year -28000 Exam registration fees are not included. The fees are different for each persons. These are for the self financing courses and for aided only small amount is granted as fees.
Campus Life :
Christ College conduct fests and programs in almost every week. Any program will be there every day and lots of celebrities also came. They contain a huge and developed library with almost all types of books for students and researchers. They can use the computers provided in the library and free WiFi. Sports are the highlights of Christ College. College gives very importance to sports and there are different kinds of sports and also open gyms are now provided,anyone in the college can be used. There are lots of clubs also such as thavanish, savishkara etc
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality at Christ College, Irinjalakuda is decent and caters to a wide range of preferences. The college canteen offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with a rotating menu.Although the taste and variety are satisfactory, some students feel that the quality and hygiene could improve in peak hours. Students often prefer exploring nearby eateries for more variety. Students need to fill out an application form for join inhostel. If you opt for a rented room or PG, the areas around the college, like Irinjalakuda town is best choiche. The rent varies depending on the type of accommodation and facilities.

Placement Experience :
Not yet attempted for placements, but so far the placements in previous years where quite good. Lots of MNCs , core industries etc picks students from the campus. I think more than half of last year's passouts were placed in campus drives.

Placement and job opportunities were higher and after the completion of course we can get job at Malabar cancer itself and the placement were done by campus interview and the student can participate and get the job

There are currently no placement cell in this college which is pretty disappointing for a college as old as 150 years that too with elite alumnis. There have been planning for proper placement cell but as of now there is nothing

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
