Likes
- I like the infrastructure of the college as the campus is very huge and beautiful.
- The campus life is very good here in gbu and there are many great events also organised here.
Dislikes
- I hate that the college lacks in placement oppurtunities even after being in greater noida which is a centre of tech companies.
- I hate the management of the college as they aren't able to maintain the college properly and it feels like it's deteriorating.
Remarks :
I got very low percentile in Jee Mains that's why i had no other option left rather than joining this college. GBU takes admission through jee mains scores and they also conduct their own admission test named as gbu-et. The entrance test is moderately easy and you can score very well in it even with prior knowledge of Class 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I am very passionate about electronics and studying automation so that's why i chose this course. The faculty here is good and they have a great knowledge of their subjects . They have a helping nature and will guide you too if you ask for it.
Placement Experience :
The placement oppurtunities aren't much good here. The average package here is around 3-4 lpa and the highest package goes around 10-11 lpa. Major companies which come here for recruitement are Kotak Bank, HCL, Indiamart and honda etc. The placement percentage here is around 70-74 percent. Most of the placements here are from School of Engineering.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total tution fees for my course is 75000 per semester totalling to 1 lakh per year. The admission department took 20k rupees for the registration during the time of admission. There are some other minimal charges too like exam fee, library fee and sports fee etc which is about 8k per year.
Campus Life :
The campus life is honestly very great because here we have a very big campus to go through. The university also organises fests timely and Abhivyanjana is one of them and it's too good. The library is very huge and it has got a lot of books. It has a great environment there if you're going there with the motive of studying!
Hostel Facilities :
Here in Gbu we enjoy hostel life a lot with our mates. The mess is also great and the quality and taste of the food is good mostly. It won't disappoint you if you have low-key expectations. The hostels are also great as you get single seated rooms at a very affordable price and with the pov of self studying it's very great.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.

Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
