- The fact that it's cheap is all I like about this college. Because the campus is just too compact. There is hut like canteen here and u won't find everything that u would in a regular college canteen. Faculties are good they would help u as much as u need.
- Infrastructure is just on tye average side.you shouldn't keep your expectations high here
Dislikes
- The campus life is just too boring here. The fest they held is like someone just forced them to do so. I am in 1 year and my 1st semester is about to end and we haven't got freshers yet.
- Faculties are great but not that qualified or either expressive.
Remarks :
So there are no written exams for thus college. I choose this college because it was affordable and not that bad either. Good aspect would be that its cheap but the companies have stopped coming here for some branch like cse and it, on the other hand other courses like ec, mechanical , automobile and ee have a good placement from here. So the admission criteria for us was u just need 45% in 12th. And you just fill the form online and there would be a councilling where u would get the admission for sure but maybe just not the course you want.
Course Curriculum Overview :
So I choose cse as it's trending and most demanding in this generation. Qualifications 9f faculties aren't that high but they are average. Teaching methods are average too but don't expect much. So there two midsems here and then a end sem examination and difficult level is medium, papers are strictly on the basis of what they taught you
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't but other seniors does get a lot of internship like some gets to csmt for mechanicals.some goes to maruti there they would be given works on the basis of there knowledge like assembling of cars repairing of cars. In cse internships they are given to make some apps and jobs on the basis of their preffered areas.
Placement Experience :
Placement for cse and it are just worse but other branches like mechanical automobile ec and ee have a nice Placement rate. Companies like Infosys,Volkswagen, audi,maruti does visit often.. Around 65 percent of students gets placed here but the package isnt great like you would get 2.5lpa to 6lpa max. This year the max was 6lpa. So my plan is pursuing mtech after btech.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So I am a bsf ward and it's a bsf college so I paid 38585 for one semester and friends who are not bsf ward paid like 40000 for a semester. Our college does provide alot of scholarship programmes like all the bsf ward got 35000 scholarship for 1 year. And others like mp quota got around 20000.
Campus Life :
So there was a cultural fest lately it was just so bad like all they did fir the fest was put a speaker on the ground and a mat on the floor for sitting that's all. Library is alright like u would get all the books u need for college studies here. Sports activities are good like rn hostel premier league is going on and it's great. Yeah there are some great social groups like team robolution which provides u with the knowledge of robotics and even let u make some robotic cars and robots.
Hostel Facilities :
So food isn't so great they try there best but just can't do it. You would find stones in idli. And some insects in mix veg.the Daal is just water. The food needs some more spices cause it's just tasteless.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.
An unexpected journey

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
