- Affordability. Affordability is one of the best factor about GLC Thiruvananthapuram as it one of the cheapest place to study law in our country.
- Free from academic stress. GLC Thiruvananthapuram provides stress free and liberal environment in campus. There is no unnecessary restrictions in the college people have the liberty to exhibit their talent
Dislikes
- Poor placement cell and career mentoring. But it is improving day by day.
- GLC Thiruvananthapuram lacks lot of amenities for the promotion of sports and arts as it is a very small campus.
Remarks :
The main factor was affordability. GLC Thiruvananthapuram is one of oldest law college in india and it has its own goodwill. There was no interview process. The admission was solely based on rank wise allotment made by CEE.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is average. We follow the curriculum provided by kerala University. And there's a lot to improve. The faculties in this college are one of the best qualified people in Kerala. Exams are conducted pretty much on fair time and the exams are conducted by the University of Kerala
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't received any internship opportunity from my college. However our Placement cell has provided internship opportunity at high of Kerala 's judge's chamber and advocate general's office. students usually find their internships by themselves.
Placement Experience :
There is a placement cell in our college which was established lately however few students were only placed. The placement cell provided internship in High court of Kerala and several other offices. Infosys was one of the recruiters.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
On taking admission there is a mandatory one time fee from around 7000-9000 which includes PTA fund , library fees, id card fee, tution fee for the first year , caution deposit and other miscellaneous fee and thereafter from the subsequent years the fee would be around 3000-3500 . Students Sc/st and economically weaker category has a fee waiver. The yearly fee of this college is constant for around 5 years. There is no scholarship provided directly by the college however there are several scholarship scheme for the eligible students provided by the state government and central govt.
Campus Life :
Life at GLC Thiruvananthapuram is pretty subtle and stress free. One can completely enjoy the campus life stress free. Students enjoy the freedom and liberty in the campus. Glc Thiruvananthapuram have one of the oldest and best law libraries in the country it has almost every books which a law student needs. There is a volleyball court inside the campus. Glc Thiruvananthapuram has represented it's teams in football, volleyball, cricket and badminton in university level. Our chess team has won prizes in university level. Glc Thiruvananthapuram has represented in university arts fest and has secured good position throughout the fest . But there is a lack of amenities for promoting arts in our college. There are lots of club under the care of student union which includes dance club photography club literature club music club fine arts club etc. moot court club is under the care of the college.
Hostel Facilities :
There is hostel for women inside the campus. There is a university's hostel provided for men's. Admission Preference will be given on distance basis in women's hostel. The monthly fee in hostel will be around 3000. It can be varied according to monthly consumption by students.

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
