Likes
- I like the diverse environment in our campus were we engage in different activities and get to know each other
- I also like the infrastructure and modern facilities here.
Dislikes
- The fee is on higher side. If we got some relief it would have been awesome
- The 75 percent attendance rule is quite frustrating
Remarks :
I choose Amity because I found it good and well for me as I have to take admission in private college in a metro city so I found Amity is good . The admission process is quite easy , you have to visit Amity official website and apply for the course and fill out the admission form after meeting the eligibility criteria you will be called up for a interview in main campus. Interview was really easy just Basic questions of class 11th and 12th
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have choosen Btech Cse( Iot and cybersecurity) . It's a new specialisation course included. Its really trending in industry Teachers are well qualified and some also belongs to industries Exams are held after every five months and the difficulty level is moderate
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any internship till now.but we get internship opportunities from campus after second year. During first and second year we have summer internship in which we have to make report and submit after two months
Placement Experience :
Placement are Almost 80 percent students get placed here if they meet the criteria for 7.5 CGPA . The average salary here is around 7 lakhs with highest package of 63 lakhs . Top companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, Alto.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure - 364000 INR( increases 10% annually) One time security deposit of 20000 No extra charges during complete course No management quota but there are two categories - sponsered and non sponsored Sponsered students usually pay 1 lakh extra per semester Scholarship available for first year if you have score more than 90 percent in 12 th boards
Campus Life :
Life at campus is really good. You have everything you need in a college. Diverse students and so much fun . A grand fest is organised during mid Feb named Amity youth fest it includes cultural fest , hackathons , many competition and guest speakers Sports fest or a mega sport competition is organised once a year on foundation day of amity in which all participate across all amity in the world
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel but my friend used to live . Hostel are quite okay and easy to apply during admission. Hostel costs around 1 lakh per year for non -ac and that doesn't include food . You have to purchase food through different canteens available in campus

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
