The bad side of the college would be that it is too costly, especially the hostel fee is too much as compared to how the hostels are. The worst part of the college would be the hostels. The wardens are too rude and uncooperative sometimes. The outpass system is very inconvinient too. Even the stores inside the campus are overpriced. On campus facilities must be cheaper than the market for students whereas it is the complete opposite. I would say the hosteler's parents are getting ripped off.The good part would be the structure of the campus and the lawns and the few teachers who really try to teach faithfully. Another plus point would be the Library:))
I chose the course of Forensics since i always wanted to do something out of the ordinary, not just become a doctor or an engineer like most people want to these days. The faculty is quite qualified but sometimes they are told to teach subjects they do not specialize in. Apart from that, most of the faculty does not really care about their students and look down upon them but i must say some are a bit better than the others. Exams are timely and the difficulty level was medium. You need to study enough to understand the question language on the paper and answer. To be honest, the best part was exam time.
I have not applied for an internship yet, i shall be doing the same after the completion of first year in the summer break. There is a placement opportunity for students with stipend at Lasmid. As for now, i do not have much information provided to me about internships by my college.
I am a first year student at the moment. My plan for the future is to study masters abroad after getting my bachelor's degree. After which i will be appling for jobs abroad most probably. I do not plan on going for phd since i am not interested in teaching.

The university fest is called Amity Youth Fest which is usually conducted in the month of february/march. Books are available and accessible in the Library. The Library provides a good ambience to study with focus. There are no such amenities in classrooms but the seating plan is quite well thought about There is an annual sports event called Sangathan which lasts for about a month and students from all institutes actively participate every year. There is a marchpast, horse entry and fire run in addition to the sports performances. The winner departments are awarded at the end. There are instagram pages of amity universitu run by students where they post the glimpses of the fun activities taking place at the campus
They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
There are regular placement drives that are conducted on a monthly basis. We have regular updates for campus placement drives that are shared with us and we can participate in them to choose the best options for ourselves.

B.Tech computer Science engineering is very tech driven field which , by the assistance of new tech driven laboratories, latest generation technology focused curriculum, is very remarkable field to study and progress in.
Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
