Remarks :
No entrance exam , interview or group discussion will be held for the admission. Based on the 12th marks and JEE marks only admission will be given. NRI quota also available which is 4lakhs per year. For this no increment will be there. NRI quota and general quota application will be happening in the official website that is www.sastra.edu
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum is good, it will be more knowledgeable . Faculty at the college are strict if we are not following the rules but they are always Friendly and helpful when we need help. Teaching will be done by presentation and on the black board also.
Internships Opportunities :
No,I haven't got any internship . some of the companies which gives internship are Comcast Amazon Welsfargo Goldmens sacks Infosys paypal HCL etc., are internships with stipend provided. Paypal is the highest paid here.
Placement Experience :
Placements in the college this year and last year was bad comparative to past years. Accenture , comcast , delta electronics Amazon TCS Delloite Texas HCL Pick your trail Tiger analytics etc, average package is 7LPA , Highest package is 34LPA ,lowest is 3LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fee should be paid semester wise. 75000 per semester which will be incremented 5% yearly. Admission fee is 10000 at starting only sports fee - 1000 yearly payment caution deposit - 2000 per year.
Campus Life :
Campus life is awesome. I like the environment here and the friends. Library is the best place where the calmness will be there. All types of books will be available at the library. Foot ball court, Gym, cricket ground, indoor games everything is available.
Hostel Facilities :
Based on number sharing the fee will be varied. To be paid yearly. single room 25000 2 in 1 20000 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 16000 2 in 1 bath attached 26000 single bath attached 30000 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 bath attached 26000 Mess bill be given monthly it will be around 4500 to 5000

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
