- Culturals and no dress code.. the culturals are a vibe indeed.
- Faculties.. they are very sweet and strict only if you misbehave which I think is pretty common.
Dislikes
- Campus life could've been better and larger.
- Canteen can be improved because sometimes the food tastes bland.
Remarks :
The main fact for choosing this college was it was women's college hence there'll be no dress code to be followed. Plus it was at the centre of the city so many places were easily accessible. And the shift timings were perfect for me to peacefully get ready instead of rushing. No I didn't write any examinations it was purely merit based. I was selected provisionally based on my 12th marks.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Professors are really sweet. Curriculum is also interesting and for microbiology they do let us work in lab very frequently. For allied we're having biochemistry and that is also great. Every professors are well educated with a doctorate degree.
Placement Experience :
Ethiraj is known for placements. Companies like infosys, TCS, cognizant etc come for placements. But you've to perform good to get placed and the best part is you can choose whatever company you want when the placement comes.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the first sem, I paid 32,600 and for the second sem I paid 33,500. This includes everything like development fee, tuition fee etc. and for breakage we paid 250? in addition. The college only provides college bus for anna nagar (nearby our college). And for students like me who have to travel via public transport like bus or metro or train, it takes around 2000 per month for the travel. Plus the college collects 50? for the paper they provide for examinations and around 200? for cultural events. The club based programs if they are happening , we have to pay a certain amount for participating and the food that we get at canteen should also be paid for.
Campus Life :
Our college has a very little campus. So there's no campus life. But there'll be so fun because culturals and events will take place quite often. Many malls are nearby and you can go there to chill with your friends. Public transportations are very nearby to the college. Hostel is also inside the campus. Only con is the campus..

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
