ECW Chennai Admission 2026

ECW Chennai follows a structured admission process for UG, PG, MBA, and MCA programs. Applicants can apply either for Aided courses or Self-Supporting courses, depending on the program they choose.

ECW UG Admissions Process 2025

Eligibility: Applicants must have passed 10+2 from Tamil Nadu or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Admission Process:

Stage 1: Fill the Online Application Form

• Read all eligibility requirements and instructions before submitting the admission application. Keep a soft copy of a recent passport-size photograph ready before beginning the form. The image size must not exceed 100kb, and only jpg and jpeg formats are allowed. Only a recent passport-size photograph should be uploaded. Photographs in school uniforms and selfie photographs will not be accepted.
• Applicants may select any number of courses according to their preference.
• Enter the name exactly as printed on the 12th mark sheet. Type the name in Tamil or generate the Tamil name through Google translator websites such as http://www.tamiltyping.in.
• CBSE Board students are not required to enter Part I language marks.
• Students from boards other than TN State Board and CBSE can add any number of major subjects by selecting “Add Row”.
• Select the correct 10+2 subjects from the available options and verify all entered details before saving the application.
• Applicants must enter the correct mobile number and email ID so that admission notifications can be delivered. If either detail is entered incorrectly, the applicant alone will be responsible.
• The application form must be completed carefully because it cannot be edited once saved.
• The application number will be sent through SMS and email.

Stage 2: Pay the Application Fee Online

• After successful submission of the application form, a unique application reference number will be generated.
• The application reference number and password will be sent through SMS and email.
• Applicants can then view the application fee confirmation page and select the checkbox stating “I accept all terms and conditions”.
• After accepting the terms and conditions, applicants can click “Proceed to pay” to complete the online payment.
• The fee can be paid online through net banking, credit card, or debit card using the payment gateway. Applicants should read the bank-side instructions before making payment.
• SMS and email confirmation will be sent if the application fee payment is successful.

Stage 3: Fill the MainForm

Stage 4: Track the Application

• Applicants can check the current status of their application.
• The application can be downloaded only after successful fee payment.
• Enter the application reference number and password received through SMS and email, then click Check Status.
• If the payment has not been received, the status will appear as not paid.
• If the amount has been debited from the bank account, applicants should wait for some time.
• The status will be updated automatically once the college receives the payment.
• If the amount has not been debited, applicants can make another transaction by clicking the “Pay online” button.

ECW Chennai PG Admissions

Eligibility:

Candidates must hold a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized university.

Admission Process:

1. Application: Fill out the online application form on the college website.
2. Selection: Admission is granted on merit. The list of selected students is published on the college website.

ECW Chennai MBA and MCA Admissions Process

• Visit the college website at https://ethirajcollege.edu.in. Mozilla Firefox should be used to log in to the college website.
• Click “Admissions”, then hover over “APPLY NOW”.
• Select either MBA APPLICATIONS or MCA APPLICATIONS.
• Register using name, email ID, and date of birth.
• Enter the details required in the application form and upload the latest passport-size photograph. After entering the details in the application form, upload the required documents.
• After uploading the documents, click proceed to pay. After successful payment of the registration fee, download the application form and save a copy for future use.
• Selected candidates must pay the fees only through online mode. Payment can be made through net banking of any bank or debit or credit card of any bank. The debit card payment limit is only up to Rs.25000. If the amount exceeds Rs.25000, net banking facility should be arranged in advance.
