Remarks :
Admission process was simple. No group discussion and no interviews. Only your grade 12 board exam marks will be considered. Cut off for each department varies. I am from CBSE stream my cut off was 344/400 exlcluding english. For a safer side getting above 340 our of 400 will definitely get you seat in economics if you are from CBSE stream .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I like economics very much from my school days so I chose economics as my major. Faculties are very friendly. You can approach them whenever needed. Even after class hours they are ready to listen to you and clear your doubts not only regarding syllabus also regarding other career opportunities, entrance exams etc.. There will be 2 internals per semester. Semester exams and internals were not that difficult. Most of the subjects are theory based only in economics.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is compulsory and you have find it by yourself. For students of economics department you should do internship at an export company only. It should be for minimum 21 days and only offline internship is accepted.
Placement Experience :
Placements for economics department is not very good. There are no wide variety of opportunities. Many students opt for higher studies or prepare for competitive exams. Internships you should find by yourself and it is compulsory.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So while I was studying tuition fees for each semester including development fees, lab fees etc are around 27000. Scholarships also available. If u meet the eligibility criteria you can avail scholarship. For example some scholarships are availed if you score very good marks in your board exams.
Campus Life :
Every year culturals will be conducted. Euphoria and CASCALL are intercollege events which will be conducted during even semester. Heartbeat is also another cultural that is conducted where you can participate in variety of events. There are many clubs in college and you can enroll in any of these according to your interest. Library has vast number of books and you access them easily.
Hostel Facilities :
First 2 years I stayed inside college hostel. Rooms were quite neat and not so spacious. Rules are very strict for girls than compared to boys. Curfew for girls is 6 pm . For first years, outing is not allowed. Food is not so tasty. Hostel fees costs around 1 lakhs 20 thousand including mess bill.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
