- The classroom is well designed like they have provided smart board for Better learning and the classroom hall is well ventilated.
- The college campus is about 800 acres and there is availability of needed things like hospital, market etc. Also there are places you can visit inside campus like temples etc.
Dislikes
- The gender ratio in Nit Trichy is not good . There is fewer girls but as the years are passing I can see the girls are increasing.
- The infrastructure of hostels is old and there is less amenities in hostels like washing machine is not provided.
Remarks :
I choose this college due to its great reputation and nirf ranking as well as the great placement result. The admission process is through josaa and csab councling and before that you need to score good in jee mains. There is category cutoff in that which you have to clear, which is not fixed , it keep on changing every year.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Most of the faculty that teach us are highly qualified for renowned institute like IITS and have lot of experience of teaching. They teach in fun and interactive manner so that all students can easily understand the topic.The gaps between two cycle test is usually around a month and for end semester there is gap of one and half month from CTs. The difficulty of exams is not so high. The cgpa is relative so it depends on other students as well on how they are performing.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship opportunities starts from the third year in Btech programme and it is mandatory for all the students to do internship before placements. Some of the company that are applied by the students are-Ashok leyland,Google , Face book, yahoo, ho etc. The project plays an important role in placement for student. More the project better the placement getting chances. The tech giants like Microsoft, google offers a stipend range from 50 thousand 1 lakh per month with the role of software developer, Ai specialist etc.
Placement Experience :
The placement percentage of nit Trichy is about 80 considering all branches which is quite good in comparison to other nits. The placement starts from starting of fourth year. The eligibility criteria is that student should have done minimum one internship and get above 7 cgpa. The highest placement was 52 lakh per annum and the average is 13 lakh of civil department.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure of Btech four year program depend on the academic year means it is not fixed it can increase or decrease. The tution fees yearly is 130000 and hostel and mess fees is 99000 per year. For students who have category have to give only hostel fees . Some of the famous scholarship availed by the students is ONGC, NSP.
Campus Life :
Campus Life at nit Trichy is so fun and chill. There are so many clubs like spydey , Delta (tech club) , consultant club , sports club etc . Talking about fests there is Festember which held around September month , Nittfest ( March) , pragyan , aaveg ( througout year in gap) etc. The library of nit Trichy is one of the biggest library in all the nits and contain all category of books from fiction to educational. The sports facilities provided is so good and there is specific coaches also for all sports.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel mess food quality is really good and have a wide range of dishes each day.There are two mess for North and south indian students .The registration process of hostel is through mis Portal of nit Trichy and it is quite affordable. The nearest locality is Chatram , Bhel nagar where a student can rent a room.

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
