- Make a good friend and explore a lot , don't be in room all the time.

- Road near the campus are not good. Some time electricity went off.
Remarks :
This is goverment institute which is deemed to be University. Indian institute of mass communication is a reputed name in the field of journalism industry and guarantee campus placement. It's certificate also hold a significant value.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is digital media but faculty are mainly new but still operational overall study environment is very good. There is one lab where u can learn about all the software related to adobe and all the practical things. In digital media you'll get to learn all the things which is important to get u in digital domain of news. SEO AND CMS are two of em. Practical assignments are very important in digital media that you have to do more often . Course is designed in such a way that you'll learn practical things which are important for newsroom
Internships Opportunities :
Currently I am doing internship in Spogame website for sports.i am content writer there. After completing ur course u have to do 1 month internship.my current stoppnd is 10000 month which is fare for freshers.
Placement Experience :
Campus placement option is available. All campus placement is done from Delhi campus. Professors and placement cell will help u get to it. You'll be able to make connections through various visiting professor which will help u to get internship.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
1 lakh for 6 month and another 1 lakh for 6 month , while taking admission you have to pay 1 lakh immediately so while taking online admission be ready with ur first semester fees or u can loose ur seats.
Campus Life :
Campus is in lap of nature in Aizawl. All green food is great in mess, you'll get ur bollyball ground perhaps you have to travel very much.in city like aizawal you can take lift to reah somewhere to spend quality time because transport fare is quite heavy.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is very best you'll get ur seperate room , 2 rooms are with seprate washroom. You can apply for Hostel while opting for course only, food quality varies in chef as for now food quality is preety decent.

I chose chemistry because it is interesting for me,most of the professors have completed their phd and are associate professors few are Professor,the teaching method is good tho, For the exams,Final is conducted in may for the Even semester and November for the Odd semester, the difficulty of the exams are quite moderate

The faculties are quite good. The faculties are very knowledgeable and the teaching assistant present at the labs are also pretty helpful. So for the exam, in a semester there is a mid semester exam and an end semester exam. During end sems you will also have your practical exams

Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen the physics course as I am interested in pursuing further education in the field of physics. All of the teaching as well as the non teaching staffs are very experienced with most of them having more than 20+ years of teaching experience. They have all cleared PhD and they are helping us pursue our further goals. For each unit we have in our syllabus, three very qualified professors are assigned to teach us that unit according to the topics they have their qualifications in. For every semester, there are a total of 3 internal examinations and an end semester final exam. The three mid semester exams are CAT-I, CAT-II and CAT-III. The CAT-I usually starts from the 3rd month after the commencement of a new semester. The CAT-II is held 1-2 montths after the CAT-II. The end semester exams are held at the 5th month of a semester.
