NCM Muvattupuzha: A Good campus
Remarks :
I chose Nirmala Colleg Muvattupuzha considering It is one of the most reputed colleges not just in the district but in the whole state. Everyone nearby has positive views on the college. It has NAAC A++ grade accredition with a CGPA of 3.73 and is ranked well in NIRF rankings. The campus has a good vibe to it. The staff and management was friendly and helpful during the time of admission and related enquiries. We had to clear common LBS MCA test to get admission to the course. After that we can directly go there with the necessary documents and confirm payment and admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course because of my interest in computer science, computer applications and tech in general. The syllabus covers various applications of computer science including programming in various languages such as C, Java,PHP, Python, data structures & algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, software engineering, networking, etc. The faculties are highly qualified with most of them having over 20 years teaching experience. Teaching method is through normal lectures and presentation on smart board. Internal/ Semester/Term exams were conducted regularly and conveniently scheduled. Difficulty level was moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are provided indirectly. They encourage joining for internships from various outside organisations and instituitions and get certificates. Students must complete atleast one internship before passing out from the course. They gave online internship application link from companies like Plasmid.
Placement Experience :
Students get elgible for placements during the final year of their course. For BCA, students become eligible from the 5th semester. For MCA students become eligible from the 3rd semester. Some of the top recruiters include UST, Innovature, TCS, Electrifex, ESAF and other companies such as accenture, tcs, infopark, technopark companies, etc. recruitment details are shared online. Min 10-20% students get placed each year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly the fees is around 50000 Rs (Around 25000Rs/semester). Caution fees is around Rs 3000. Special fee during admission is 5200 for add on couses, traininings, etc. Previously they used to give scholarship from MG university for low income families but now since the college is autonomous, not much direct scholarship opportunities.
Campus Life :
The campus life of the college is very good. I had a relaxed and academicaly concentrated campus life. The concentration of the college is on the academic side rather than other extra curicular activities. Political activities are strictly banned inside the campus. The college doesn't give much importance to sports.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel so I don't really know about hostel rules and regulations and cannot comment my experience there. Both boys and girls hostel is located inside the campus. Girls hostel is bigger than boys hostel. All hostelers must enter their rooms before a specific time in the evening.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
