I did my undergrad from Sushant University in B.Com. I came here again because I saw a huge improvement in the quality of education and infrastructure with the new additions they did in the MBA course viz. the dual specialization in association with Samatrix. However, the crowd is a bit of a concern. There are a lot of people that cause fights that makes the environment of the whole college a bit less secure. For the admission, the university follows a cut-off system.
The curriculum is very student-centric. The faculties and academics are focused on experiential learning and practical examples and case studies of real companies. I chose MBA as it provided tangible benefits for me in the face of financial relief and also career-wise by providing a double specialization in very compelling and growth-potential industries. There are two exams held, Mid Terms and ESE (End Sem Examinations). Mid Terms are held in March and October, while ESE are held in May and December. As for the difficulty of exams, the questions range from objective based to application based, stressing on practical and real-life examples.
The School of Business facilitates a compulsory 2 week "Social Internship Program" wherein students work for an NGO in Gurgaon. During their tenure there, they understand the working of the NGO, interact with the management and people there and prepare a report on their duties and responsibilities, which is a part of the ESE credit allocation.
The different companies that come to employ students have respective eligibility criterion, therefore, can be difficult to lay down objectively. However, among all the recruiters, there are names like Wipro, KPMG, British Telecom, and more The conversion rate of recruitment stands at about 40%. I have an inclination towards Financial Analysis and Capital Markets and am striving for a career in that direction itself.

The university has a myriad of fests, events and activities held. The major of them all is Fresher's Event held between September to October. Apart from that, the university organizes an Annual Fest, usually in the month of April, where we see big names of the music industry performing in the college and making a exuberant environment. Further, there are Diwali fests, Holi fests, Sports Day and various other fests held at a departmental level. I am the cultural head of the Business Department and we organize events such as Club Day, Parent's Day, Teacher's Day, Finance Events and many more.. The library has an exhaustive list of literature running through all the departments. The university gets a daily supply of various regional and national newspapaers for the students to read.

The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.

Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company.
