Remarks :
The main reason I have joined this college is because of the package. This college has one of the highest packages in India which is one of the main reasons many students join this college. There is not much of a college life to explore over here but there are some fest which stay in our minds for the life time. Yes this campus has excellent fest actually one of the best in UP. The hostel life is ok ie the hostels given to the newbies is good but the other once are not that great. To join this college we have to give an entrance exam called JEE MAINS. The percentile required is high(99+). The admission process is easy enough, we have to submit the documents which are mentioned in the portal of IIITA during admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason why I chose this course is just that I got it in the JOSA counselling. Yes many people in this campus join this college just so because in the college there are ample companies which come to give jobs and not any jobs but soft ware jobs. This institution is filled with IT guys there will be very few people who are interested in the core branches. Coming to the faculty, the faculty here are good and they have so vast knowledge about the subject but most of the students prefer to study on there own.
Internships Opportunities :
This college have many internship opportunities and they offer a good stipend amount. I as a first year student have no chance in taking up an internship but yes if we study well students will definitely get a good internship opportunity
Placement Experience :
There is only one eligibility criteria that is we have to pass every subject.But it is preferred that we have 8+ cgpa because most of the good companies give chance to those people who have a cg which is 8+There are many major companies which come to IIITA such as the MANG companies and do recruit decent number of people. The highest package always reaches 1Cr every year. The placement percentage is 96%+ every year and sometimes 100% too.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for each year is approximately 2.5 lacks and we have to pay the fee before each semester. This fee is divided into 2 lacks of tuition fee and 50k of hostel fee.Yes there is concession for them who have reservations like ST and SC(their fee is around 50k per year). In this college there are no management seats. There are many scholar ships provided in this college for merit and for category people(obc, ews)
Campus Life :
There are three fest they are 1) Effervescent- The cultural fest(October) 2) Aparoksha - The Technical fest(April) 3) Asmita - The sports fest(March) All these fests are really fun and we can enjoy and learn a lot through these fest. The library, it is a place where most of the students prefer to study in the exam time as it is silent over there and we do have a lot of books to refer to
Hostel Facilities :
The food at the hostel is good at the start and it gradually decreases. This is the case every year. We do get good quality food nutrients wise but do compromise on taste. They provide meal 3 times a day and it is unlimited. We do have to apply for the hostel when we are taking admissions in the college. There is no option for day scholars in this campus. Personally I don't feel that this hostel is worth that of the money. Btw these hostels are provided by the college itself and the hostels for the boys are outside the campus and for girls they are inside the campus

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
