- NCC Life, because I always wanted to go into Army and for developing good interpersonal skills I joined ncc.
- Campus Life and my friends. I will miss bunking with them and sitting in garden.
Dislikes
- I played, I enjoyed, I placed but what about other. Around 50% students of my class were unplaced and it makes me sad.
- The LNCT Group in name of LNCT Main college running all other institutes LNCS, LNCTE, JNCT and LNCT University.
Remarks :
All students have to participate in MP DTE counselling and through that you can get the college. Basis of your 12th marks and JEE Mains Score you may get the college. At my time due to covid our 12th marks were of no use so we got admission based on our JEE mains marks. Also, if you want TFW then your jee score must be good and in first round counseling only you get TFW. Now, competition has increased so I thing one need at least 60 percentile in jee mains to get the college in college level counseling (CLC) round.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In LNCTE, you will mostly see CSE, AIML and Data Science student. Also, there will be MBA and MCA graduates but in B.Tech no other branches have more students. There were 140 students in Data Science, 120 in AIML and around 300 Students in CSE. Let me tell you about my branch. My branch was CSE Data Science. For 1st year you classes may schedule in college of the 3 college in campus i.e. LNCT Main, LNCTS Or LNCTE. The subject will be common for all. From 2nd year, your classes will be shifted to your respective college which is LNCTE and common CSE subjects will be there. From 3rd year you will get branch specific subjects related to Data Science. In 4th year there will be no college, you only go to college for placement purpose else sit home and prepare. At my time, Data Science and AIML branches were newly introduced therefore no experienced teachers were there but now there are some teachers who are really good at these things. Teachers are qualified and exams are on time.
Internships Opportunities :
College don't allow internships during your class dates till 6th sem. You can do online or you have to manage it with college classes. I have done online internship through infosys springboard, also TnP department guide you at times. Also, from 5th semester you will get IT and placement training from TnP department.
Placement Experience :
Yes,there are placement and not just for CSE and related branches but for other branches as well. The criteria for placement depends on company but you should at least keep 7.5 CGPA and all back clear before entering 6th sem. There will be lots of companies but remember there will be lots of students as well. Students of LNCT Main, LNCTS, LNCTE and LNCT University sit together in most of the campus. Some companies only allow LNCT Main students for placement. The placement process may consist some or all the following stages:- 1. Aptitude and Reasoning test. 2. Technical MCQ Test. 3. Coding 4. Group Discussion 5. Communication Test 6. Behavioral test 7. Multiple Technical interviews. 8. HR Interview Some companies with no. of offers and package are as follows :- Accenture (4.5 lpa) - 160 Capgemini (4-6 lpa) -150 TCS (3.5 lpa) -250, (7.5 lpa) - 15, (9 lpa) - 5 EPAM (8.5 LPA) - 52 Other companies were Delloite, Infosys, cognizant, wipro, Ashok Leyland and 25-30 more companies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have mentioned the round figure for current year although at my time it was less but it increases every year. Tution fees - 36500 per semester Bus fess - 18000 per year (compulsory) Uniform,bag and other - 5000 (first year only) Other fees - 2000 per sem Except these every semester you have to fill RGPV university exam form online by yourself which cost 1850 for odd semesters and 1350 for even semester. That's it. No other charges, fines or anything. All the transaction of fees will be done by Accsoft online. In my case, I got TFW(Tuition fee waiver) and that's how I only have to pay Around 25000 per sem.
Campus Life :
There is a big ground, basketball, badminton court and many other sports facilities such as table tennis, volleyball, baseball etc. and sports activities are arranged over time but to participate you have built network and also should be active. Fests such as Engineering Olympic,festival fest and other technical fests are organized. Technical seminar and alumni interactions are also arranged for students. GDSC (Google developer student club), theater, foreign language club etc. are also there. The only thing is that no one will come to you to invite, you yourself have to go and interact. There is also NCC and NSS. My batch was first to start NCC in LNCTE. I was the first NCC commander at LNCTE and started it very well that it will now keep going. For it's vacancy we share some forms. The main benefit is, there are 3 colleges LNCT Main, LNCTS, and LNCTE therefore you will get to interact with multiple minds. Also, Libraries are awesome and you will get books from there itself.
Hostel Facilities :
At the time of admission only you can talk about hostel, also the hostel is only for 1st year student. I don't know about mess food but my friend never appreciate that although whatever they take in lunch from the mess we love that because we live in a rented room and have to prepare our food from ourselves. The hostel fees was 6000 per month at that time. I lived in a rented room of 2500 per month 5 km away the college. There are certain rules in hostel as well like you can only go outside on Sunday and must be return before 7 PM. Although if you can live in hostel for 1st year only and also you get several things with it like GYM, Library and other sports facilities.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.
An unexpected journey

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
