- A lot of attention was paid to the cleanliness in the college, it seemed that all the rooms in the college were clean and the environment was also very good, all the classrooms were digital which is also needed in today's time.
- All the teachers and principal are very good, they always help the students and the principal keeps motivating the students from time to time, helping them as much as they can.
Dislikes
- I am a cricket player and there is no such big ground in my college that I can play cricket. There is a ground for basketball and volleyball in my college but there is no ground for cricket so there should be a ground for cricket.
- The person in college who used to charge less on computer and charged tuition fees and practical fees etc. was not very nice and he talked to the students angrily saying that this was not a good thing for me.
Remarks :
pandit deendayal is one of the main college of Upadhyay Shekhawati University Sikar Rajasthan My main reason for choosing it was that it looked very good from my home and it was a very good college, all the teachers teaching here were very good. I had heard a lot about this college but after taking admission I also came to know that the faculty of the college is very good. Those students who studied in this college have made their name proud by standing apart in India. Or before taking admission, I had to give an entrance exam in which due to good marks, I got admission easily. I had already prepared to crack this exam, so I got selected easily.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My stream is agriculture so I had to do B.Sc in college. All the faculty teaching in the college are very good and they help the students a lot and use such methods in understanding the things that even the weakest students can understand. All the students who studied in our college had a special relationship with their teachers. They always respected all the teachers and teachers also loved us very much. Various types of oral and written examinations were organized from time to time in our college. The main objective of organizing these examinations was to ensure good performance of the students in the main examination.
Internships Opportunities :
In our college we organized an internship during the year in which we did practical the chemistry biology. Zoology and Botany practicals are conducted to help students understand the different types of animals. In chemistry practical, we were told about different types of reactions and students also learned about them. Whatever things we have learned from these practicals were put to test by conducting a written examination. We enjoyed our college interviews very much, all the students participated in it with great enthusiasm.
Placement Experience :
From time to time, different types of companies come to the college and ask the students to pay the annual package. If a student is integrated then he can earn around Rs. 250000 per year. Arrangements for accommodation and food are also made with him. The people sent by the companies interview the students and on that basis they select the employee for their company. If they feel that the student is suitable for the job, then they select him. After all, whether the student wants to go or not, it is his personal choice.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Namaste, my name is Pramod Kumar, I am studying in Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Shekhawati University, Sikar. My tuition fees is Rs 25000, apart from this, I have to deposit Rs 500 admission and Rs 2500 practical fees. Apart from this, some fees are also charged from us like in the name of management and in the name of improvement. This face was faced by all the students equally, OBC SC ST, everyone had to deposit Rs 25000. Due to being in the reserve category schedule cast, I got a scholarship of Rs. 27000 in my first year. This scholarship was provided to me by Rajasthan Social Welfare Board
Campus Life :
An event was organized in the college on 26 January in which Sanskritic programs were presented and speeches related to patriotism were given. On 15 August also a Sanskritic program was organized and plays related to patriotism were shown. Apart from this, an annual festival was organized in February in which Sanskriti of Rajasthan was showcased. There was a library in the college which allowed all the students to study together and it contained books of almost all the authors. Students can study both and improve their general knowledge. At the time of election of student union president in college, various types of work are done. After electing the president of the students union, he becomes inactive for some time.
Hostel Facilities :
There was a good arrangement for food in the hostel. Some persons were appointed to manage the food. Food was distributed to the students based on their choice. They were given tea and breakfast before waking up in the morning and after going to college, they were given food and biscuits were given in the evening. At 8:00 in the night, food is again given in which vegetable and rice are given. In the evening, dal vegetable is fixed along with salad, and on Friday fruits are also given. The number of rooms in the hostel is approximately 100 and the number of students staying in the hostel is approximately 250. Two students live in each room and three in a room.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
