Remarks :
I chose this college to pursue the Bachelors in Nautical Science to work as a crew in cargo ships there is no admission interviews no exam for getting admission in this college only you have to pay the fees.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course is to get a job in merchant navy as a cadet and clearing exams with years of experience you can become officers and later Captain of a ship in this college you can appear for company interviews with CGPA of 8 and above or by PCM percentage of 12th exam above 80 or 90.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship can be done in any companies outside your college and the college gives you one month or more for completing your Internship and the internship opportunities are availed by the college and you can become a part of this team and complete your internship.
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities are good as compared to other maritime institutions as they provide 80% placement and cadets need to have above 8 CGPA and PCM percentage above 80-90 in 12th standard.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Year wise it is 3.6Lakh and it is for 2 semesters in which the payment is by 3 time as 1st term 2nd term and 3rd term these fees include tuition fees, Food and Accommodation. Caution fees will be 10k registration fees and admission fees are the first term fees of the first year. Uniform, books, Exam fees etc needs to be paid extra as 40k- 50k.
Campus Life :
There are three fests in our college in a year Navinautics , Onam , and Pongal these fests are celebrated by north and south students together. There are numerous clubs in the college eg: Boat rowing club, Fire Fighting club, Seamanship, etc all these clubs and their subjects are based on our curriculum and job. The library is of two floors in which lacks and lacks of books available of diffrent subject these are kept asper order and are easy to access.
Hostel Facilities :
It is compulsory to stay inside the college hostel as it is the rule of the DG of shipping as we are going to ship for about 6 to 9 months sailing and no contact with outside world so for gaining prior experience and removing homesickness we have to stay in their hostel and food is a 5/10 and different menu from Monday to Sunday and repeats it every week.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
