- College infrastructure is so good , hygienic and beautiful . There are separate buildings for each department and schools . There are libraries across the campus and departments , good cafes with minimal rates are there. Professors are very well behaved and supportive . They are highly qualified and helping natured, campus life is good , there are clubs and activities in the campus .
Dislikes
- I dislike the hostel life , behaviour of warden and caretaker is too rude .
Remarks :
I would rate an average on my college. The admission process is very easy just go with all your marksheet of class 10th and 12th, migration, character certificate , adhar card copy, etc. and you’ll get the admission hand to hand (for my courage: BA political science ) although there is the criteria of exams for other professional courses like law and b tech but although its easy to score in that , it includes basic questions. The cut off varies from 75 percent to 80 percent in 12th. I got to know about this college with the help of google and where i searched for state university and got to have one .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I got 93 percent in political science in 12th boards from Cbse board Dav ,Jharkhand and opted this course since i am very much inclined into the political ideas and thoughts . I love reading political books and watching news . The faculty members are very good here with qualification of phd , we also have assistant professors in the university who have taken there degrees from abroad as well . Exams generally takes place after every 5 months (semesters ) and mid semesters after every 2.5 months. The main semester marks includes 60 and mid semesters holds 25 marks, the rest 15 marks is included in the internals and is obtained through presentations and assignments.
Internships Opportunities :
No i havent taken any of the internship yet but i do aspire to take some of them . Lack of time doesnt allows me to engage into any internship program yet . Although my friends have taken this opportunity .
Placement Experience :
Still pursuing the course so no idea about placements yet but although the placements are good here in the course of btech and law etc. there are many of my seniors that have got good placements from the university from the course of BBA as well

Semester fees - 22000 per semester + 1500 examination fees Hostel fees - 45000 per year/ for single occupancy Mess fees - 15000 per year The fee structure is quite decent and pocket friendly in the university
Campus Life :
The infrastructure of the university is so green and beautiful. 550 acres of campus with beautiful arrangements of separate girls hostels and boys hostel, marketing complex, hockey ground, cricket field , auditorium, indoor, administrative block, and so on. Fests happens after every year including food fest , dance competitions , sports etc. although rest of the entire year is engaged upon studies environment . Our university has a central library and libraries at departments as well . There are clubs such as debate club, dance club, music club that students run by themselves.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel life at gbu is the worst. Although the department and professors are too good and generous but the hostel warden and caretakers are the worst . They are so rude . They never even talk properly to us . They have so much attitude. No access to wifi , they have given the LAN connection but it never works properly. Caretaker never solves any single issue related to hostel affairs , they just come sit and go. Warden is also so irresponsible and insensitive . She visits the hostel very rarely. She is very rude as well.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
