Remarks :
The main reason for choosing this college were the placements. Being a NIT the college provides a good platform for students. Top MNCs come to this college to recruit students. Students have to appear for JEE to be eligible. The cutoff for CSE usually is 99.3 and above for the general category,
Course Curriculum Overview :
The motive behind choosing Computer Science and Engineering was obvious. Lucrative job offers and remote work. The world is gearing towards technology and CSE seemed like the perfect choice. The faculty in MNNIT is pretty qualified and the quality of the professors improve as you progress in your BTECH journey. All of what is taught is pretty understandable if you attend the classes regularly. The term exams aren’t extremely difficult but they definitely require some preparation. I’ve seen people ace them just by studying the night before but that isn’t everybody’s cup of tea.
Placement Experience :
The job opportunities the college provides are endless. Top companies like de shaw and SAP labs visit the college. The average package for CSE is 28.38 LPA and the highest package for 2024 is 71.14 LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fee for students with family income between 1-5 lakh is 56,833 and the tuition for students with family income above 10 lakh is 98,500. The mess fee is 25k per sem and the hostel fee is 36k per sem. The mess and hostel fee is uniform for all the students.
Campus Life :
Every year during spring, the college conducts CULRAV(the cultural fest) and AVISHKAR(the tech fest).The whole campus gets pretty lively during this time and it is loads of fun. The Library is vast and there is a good variety of books and journals available.The classrooms are big enough to house a hundred students and ACs are being installed in every class at the time of this review. Sports is an integral part of the college experience and MNNIT has a vast athletic ground. There is a track and 2 football grounds. There are 2 volleyball courts and a skating rink. You also get access to two tennis courts and one basketball court.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
