- Faculty- Faculty is great with most of them beings top 1% researchers in their field with phds from iits or abroad.
- Infrastructure- It is top class as the college was built recently and still is building to this day, making staying here peaceful and enjoying
Dislikes
- Campus life- Campus life is kinda dead because the kundli area in which the college is located in is kinda dangerous for people to roam around.
- Campus location- Campus is located near Sindhu border which is closest to jahangir metro station, making the whole going to delhi on weekends kinda time consuming
Remarks :
Niftem-K is the best college for food technology established by the MOFPI present in India. You can get into NIFTEM-k by writting JEE mains and sitting is Jossa and Csab counselling. cut-off varies on the base of students applying for joining. you need to prepare for jee mains
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course have a minor component of management which no other government college in India is offering, Faculty is highly qualified with most of them beings top 1% of the researchers of their fields, There are 2 exams in a semester- mid sem (after 3 months), End sem (after 5-6 months), the difficulty level of exams is mediocre
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
A semester's fee for OPEN students is 1,15,100 making it, 2.3 lakhs per year excluding mess fee which is 26,500 per sem as per right now so that makes a total of a year's fee 2.3 L + 53 k = 2.83L per year, (Tution fee- 51650 per sem, enrollment and registration charges- 5k, Laboratory charges- 4k , Library charges- 3k, Institutional development fund- 8k, examination charges- 3k, outreach charges- 3k, student activity charges- 2.3k, medical charges- 2k, Hostel room rent- 6k, Amenities- 500, security fee- 15k which is paid only one time, charges for alumni membership- 11,650 which is also one time
Campus Life :
The name of the fest is Edeshia, which is conducted in a period b/w April-June, Library is highly resourceful with a vast amount of a books on most of the topics, We've sports leagues called NSL (NIFTEM sports league) WSL (Winters sports league) one happens in summer season- NSL and the other one happens in Winter- WSL, Classes are provided with a full air conditioned, high tech environment for studying of students, Clubs run by students- There are a vast amount of clubs with different interest, such as samarthya- sports society, alabhiyam- technical society, etc
Hostel Facilities :
food of mess is kinda average, and the quality is decent enough to eat, staying at a hostel is compulsory in NIFTEM-k, The hostel fee is 6k a semester, So, 12k for one year, registration for hostel is done on the day of document verification and is a easy process in which you visit hostel and give your student details to hostel caretaker.

It was related to my interest in medicine formulation, their production and testing which made me chose this University. The professors are highly approachable and are well versed with their subjects. Use of new innovative teaching techniques are used. Strictly follows PCI guidelines, conducting 2 sessional exams followed by final semester exam.

You're eligible for job if you're in your final year and not have any backlog in any subjects of the previous semesters then you can participates in the placement drive cells happens every year , the highest package was about 4 lakh and the average package was 1 lakh 50 thousand and about 60-70 percent students were placed

Its career development department helps students to get good placements. Many known pharmaceutical firms come here. This shows that students who complete a B.Pharm. degree at this university can have great career opportunities.

You have to be in the last semester to receive placemnet offers. There is no explicit eligibility criteria for it though. Some of the recruiters here include Manipal, Appolo, Fortis, Medanta. The highest package that i heard was 8LPA and teh average is around 4-5LPA. About 50-60% stduents acceot the placements. I personally want to be a paramedic at a top notch facility.
