Likes
- Placements are really good. A large number of top companies came for placement and almost every student landed an offer. More than 95% got placed as of now, with one more month remaining. CIR team is really supportive and helpful.
- The faculties are experienced, with great industry knowledge and curriculum is really upto date and useful courses are offered
Dislikes
- First 2 semesters are really hectic with classes on weekend with plenty of works and assignment. It seemed like there is no breaks and had to push ourselves really hard in the initial year.
- Class rooms are not air conditioned as of now. Which makes being in class during hot days somewhat tiring.
Remarks :
The reason for choosing was due to some connections with the alumnis. The placements are really good and also the education offered has quality. Yes there was group discussion followed by personal interview. It was after completing KMAT entrance test. GD and PI was relatively easy. For GD look for recent news and for PI be honest and have an idea about why you are doing MBA
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always had an interest in business that's why I did MBA to further strengthen my expertise. The faculties are industry experienced, Phd holders with great knowledge and expertise. Great support from the faculties in terms of academics, mentorship and placement. Curriculum is upto date, all the learnings seem relevant, the eay curriculum is split with exams as well as class activity and presentation gives a great opportunity to develop your skills. Industry significant curriculum are offered. The course is offered in trimester basis, thus we have 1 mid term exam and 1 end term exam during one semester. Thus yearly it comes around to 6 term exams. Exams are moderate in term of difficulty levels. Having great conceptual knowledge is a must, as most of the exams are application level questions.
Internships Opportunities :
I did my internship at Hindustan Coca-cola Beverages as a sales intern. Companies coming for internships : Deloitte, BNY melon, Water Tec, Bajaj Finserv etc Average stipend of 10000 to 30000 is provided at some company.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement is to have no back logs and a cgpa of above 6 Visited recruiter are MRF, AO smith, EY, Deloitte, SBI, Federal bank etc Highest CTC : 12LPA Average CTC: 8 LPA Percentage of students getting placed: 95 Got placement at a company and waiting to join
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees: 390000, paid half yearly as 195000 two times Caution deposit: 10000 Registration fees paid: 1500 Scholarship available based on marks under different slabs for entrance exam such as KMAT, MAT, CAT etc. upto 50% off for high scorers
Campus Life :
Amrita has a range of fest and activities like vidyut which occurs at the month of February, also there is business fest during March. Library is rich with top class books for all needed domain. Class rooms are well lighted, with interactive senses boards and mics. Students can run clubs such as marketing club, operations club, finance club and placement cell club
Hostel Facilities :
Food is average. Only vegetarian food is provided and egg is provided once a week. Rooms are spacious and is shared with one of my classmate. Have attached bathroom. Registration is easy and hostel is affordable

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
