- Separate blocks for all the disciplines and all the arrangements like webinars,workshops, seminars individually arranged for all the disciplines except for the women's day celebration.In women's day celebration all the girls students from various disciplines integrated together in the college auditorium to celebrate the function.
- Placements trainings were commonly arranged for all the departments to know about the flows and flaws of us,and to know about our improvisation.
- Sports meet/achievers day were celebrated by recognising our achievements,also the most importantly as our winning prize money from any of the inter college events will be issued by the college also.
Dislikes
- The most disgusting thing that I had experienced was the faculties rush the students in all things,and they are too strict and harsh and I would have feel the differentiation in treating the students.
- We should ready to write an apologize letter for everything starts from not wearing identity cards to getting scoring lower grades in academics.
Remarks :
Usually electrical engineering is hardest and complicated than other disciplines which interests me to choose the course,and my parents also had choosen this courses while considering it's future scopes. College admit students into various courses by management and by counselling process, basically counselling students charged with lower fees than the management students. Basically there will be no huge competition among the students in getting seats at various courses of mailam engineering college.There will be no process like group discussions,written exams conducted for admission process. Interested candidates can apply for tnea counselling and pay the counselling fees payment then attend online/offline counselling and fill the college rankings that you required for being admitted into various colleges. After that you were confirmed with college admission process,then confirm the college admission by paying one time admission fees followed by general interview round.
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the faculties were working here for more than 5 to 6 years.Most of them completed doctorate degrees.Not all the teachers delivers good quality of contents,few of them are text book readers.Exams are more frequent like internals,models and tests on everyday.
Internships Opportunities :
College got integrated with various startups and corporate companies for providing internship and job offers.Mostly internships would be arranged by the placement officers ,which would require us to pay for learning the work experience.
Placement Experience :
Very moderate placement performance done with the college.Literally 4 to 8 top companies came for recruitment every year with highest package of between 6 to 8 lakhs.TCS is one of the most common recruiters from our college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Based on 12th merit scores as I got 50 percentage of fees concession,if you are a first graduate with such scores you were eligible for 100 Percentage of fee concession.Also providing fee concession for students from sports quota,and offering fee concession for candidates siblings in enrolling any of the courses over here.I got paid with 25,000 per year as tuition fees,and placement fee of 3000/year, transportation fee of 27000/per year,Exam fees and laboratory fees of 6000/year.As the tuition fees and transportation fees differ for the persons. Additionally college arranging scholarships for SC/ST and OBC students.Generally OBC students receive a scholarship of 4000 to 6000 per year.And the SC/ST receive full time fees concession for the entire course throughout the four year.Other than this college also arranges various opportunities for us in our financial assistance by offering various part time works.
Campus Life :
Students actively organising five clubs related to social services,literary clubs and so-on.Events and fests were conducted by each and every department once in a month.students won't supported for sports activities and sports period are initiated in time table once in a month.
Hostel Facilities :
I'm not a hosteller but I had heard this information from my friends.The non vegetarian foods are cooked twice in a week.Everyday,After the college ends hosteller's should reach the hostel within 15 minutes and to sign the entry records. Hosteller's were under the control of incharges and we won't use Mobile phones during studying.

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
