- i really like the faculty of this college they are very knowledgeable, cooperative and always welcome your doubts. they also provide you life guidance as they themselves had enough experiences in life to guide you well.
- i really like the campus of this university as it is very big and green, there are lots of grounds, parks available which provides you peaceful and oxygenated environment.
Dislikes
- i dislike this college infrastructure, it's not according to modern standards and don't looks good.
- I dislike the administration policies of this college, they really lacks students convenience, transparency and are non sense
Remarks :
starting with the good aspects, this college is very affordably and value for money specially their transport service which is absolutely free which is a very big plus point for the university as students come from very far villages and cities don't have to worry about regular travelling expenses. the admission process here depends on the course you are registering for, most of the courses take admission directly without any strict eligibility while some special courses like ph.d requires you to pass the entrance examination conducted by college itself now lets move to bad aspects, the thing which i really hate about this college and sometimes make me feel regret taking admission into this college is that you don't get good peer group which is a very negative point for your career. most of the students studying here are rustic and they do not inspire or motivate you to do something big in your career they are just studying to get a degree and then get some low paying mediocre job.
Course Curriculum Overview :
i choose this course because of it's future scope, you can either start your own business after studying this course or can get some internship to improve your skills or can go for higher education as MBA. most of the faculty members here are well qualified and teach students with utmost sincerity, they always welcome you to ask doubts or discuss any problem and are actually very cooperative. every semester have 3 class tests and one final examination, you have to appear in minimum 2 class tests of all subjects before final examination. the difficulty level of exams is moderate and you can pass them easily if you study sincerely 2-3 days before examination. if you fail to pass any exam then you have to give compartment exam and failing in that too will cost you to repeat same year again.
Internships Opportunities :
As of not i did not opt for any internship opportunity and there are no as such internship opportunities provided in the college, you have to search them by your own self. some internships opportunities are provided but they are of no stipend or very low stipend. few months back a group of students in agriculture course got internship opportunity in germany and got good stipend.
Placement Experience :
placements and job opportunities here are not very good, you can not expect good packages here even if you have good skills but you can get a low paying job to get experience and improve your skills and later go for some big companies, i personally preparing for government examination and i didn't get success in it i will go for mba from some goof college. the eligiblity criteria here is not strict or specific they interview creamy layer students and offer to only handful of them that too low paying packages. the highest package here as claimed by the university is around 10 LPA while average package is around 2 LPA. the percentage of students getting offered is very low.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the annual fees of my course is 50,000/- and since it's a three year programme, i will be paying 1,50,000/- for whole course. the 50,000/- annual fees includes 10,000/- examination fees and 40,000/- tution fees. Other services are free here or can say included in tution fees like transport service, labs and library access. they provide waiver in the fees according to your last academic qualification, for example i got 40% waiver because i scored 86% in my last academic examination which was cbse 12th board exams. Now how this waiver is applied is bit complex to understood. they apply this waiver only on the tution fees and this discounted fees is paid only in even semester of every year for example my 40% waiver when applied to tution fees of 40,000 reduced it to 34,000 but i have to pay 25,000 (50% annual fees) in first or odd semester compulsorily the rest amount of 9,000 can be paid in second or odd semester. apart from this they also charge one time admission fees which is 5000.
Campus Life :
life at campus here is not very much exciting, they conduct fests in the month of February to April which are mostly disturbed and exploited by rustic students and their dirty deeds. the library of this university is quit big and features many books and journals and they issue you book easily without any long procedure and you can keep that books for a month or two with yourself. all the classrooms are equipped with basic amenities like malfunctioned projector and screen, missing cctv cameras in most of the classrooms, washrooms are dirty, smelly and their doors are broken. the sports facilities are good they provide you most of the sports facilities like for cricket, basketball, football and indoor sports like badminton, table tennis e.t.c

our course is not for placement , you will get job in many library as per your degree , if you want grad a jobs you have complete PHD in library science . there is no campuss placement in this college for this course . most of student do mlis and UGN net after blis and some of them prepare for government like JNV and asst librarioan posts

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Galgotias University has a high placement rate with the current tenures placement reaching 5500+ job offers. The highest package was 60LPA and the average goes between 5LPA. The university has a dedicated placement cell and also an well developed student led e-cell. There are many internship opportunities as well both India and abroad.

It's a private college so we can't expect something great we need to manage our studies ourselves . Teachers are quite confused for whatever they teach. The environment is also not that good. I would suggest that you can get a better college from this
