- The College Library that is the Central Library also known as BR Ambedkar Library is really large and has a wide range of books that are helpful
- The campus is vast green and extremely well maintained also it is really spacious that makes the campus interesting
Dislikes
- The campus classrooms are really not well maintained
- The university Internship opportunities are really limited for political science or humanities department
Remarks :
I choose Gautam Buddha University due to its reputation in universities the facilities the campus and other things the admission process is quite simple no entrance exam was required for my batch online application had to be fired and minimum 45% in 10 + 2 and 40% for sc or st after online application students were called for physical counseling where they were handed over admission letters the good aspects of Gautam Buddha University can be the scenic beauty the infrastructure is quite moderate because of the classrooms are not in the very good condition but it is according to the sports facilities are quite nice the faculty is quite knowledgeable and supportive especially in the political science department seminars and debates and other fest are organized in the college the bad aspects of Gotham within university can be the placements for art students are limited also some processes that require administrative help are delayed or slowed
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose BA honest political science scores at Gautam Buddha University because I needed to prepare for upsc and needed academic depth for political science international relations governance and other related studies the course covers topics such as political theory based in politics Indian politics comparative politics public administration international relations and some optional subjects such as psychology most faculty members are phd holders or other are high qualified or have a high teaching experience teachers are approachable and have a strong build to guide students not just limited to academics also beyond academics
Internships Opportunities :
NO, I havebn't opted for any intenernships at Gautam Buddha University Though it offers some for Politcial Scicence Students and more for Other departments such as law but they didn;t catch my interest
Placement Experience :
Placements and internships are quite ok because very few recruiters I have seen that have visited this college however da political science or political science department is not very active for internships they do provide some notices or some guidelines that mention about internships but they were not really useful though other departments like law have been provided or are being provided with various useful internship opportunities
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fees for BA honors political science is 50,000 per year there is ?1000 registration fees and ?10,000 security fee that is refundable libraries of 1 500 per year and sports fee of 1500 per year also there is examination fee of 5000 per year the hostile fees is around 70,000 per year and mesh charges around 30,000 per year the college offers scholarship specifically for scst for obc students also scholarships are provided to students facing financial hardships or with students who have outstanding academic performance
Campus Life :
There are various fest that are conducted in Gautam Buddha University and seminars also conducted by different departments there are also debating competitions that are held there are also DJ Knights that happen the availability of books are good enough for use as there are many helpful and informative books mostly classrooms have projectors but in some classes they are not functional the sports and extracurricular activities are active as sports competitions and activities are organized while political science does not have lab the university maintains lab for other departments they were also cultural fest like Abhivyakti that are usually conducted in February or March they include some dance drama music debates and other quiz competitions
Hostel Facilities :
While I haven't opted for the campus I have been and visited the campus and its homes several times the food quality is just below average The menu is updated on daily basis For Law Department it is mandatory to apply for hostel but you can also apply for hostel exemption there is a form separately made for hostel exemption while there are several other departments or courses for which you do not need hostel

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.

Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
