Life in nehru college
Remarks :
The factor that made me to join this college one will be my house is near the college. Some of my friends are also join this college. I didn't face any group discussions, interviews or written tests for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Eee is not much easy. But if you get the idea of what you studying is and your can crack it. First year will be studying the basic of engineering. It is similar for all courses. From second year core subjects will started. Faculty is very good, polite and they are friendly. Maybe more than other departments. Some of them are well educated and some of are not as much. There will be two series test in one semester.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure for me is in first year 71000?, second year 60000, third year 60000, fourth year 61000.so the total fee is 52000 for the whole year in the EEE department and Im in The management quota. For me when I'm going for merit quota, the fee increased. It's around 80000 per year. So many scholarship is available. I applied for national scholarship one year ago and I didn't get till now. Also I applied for sammunathi scholarship that's for general category and it also didn't get.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is not much as good. The program in this college are one or two. There is a fest named 'bloom' it will be on January or February. It will be a three day program. First day some of the film stars will come and inaugurate the program and there is a musical night show. Also there will be a NSITE program. It is based on a technical program that students of the departments created a system and show off. College have the nss units and ncc units. It also have cricket team and football team and other sports activities.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
