- Infrastructure is good . As I Said, don't join this college hoping for that so called college life seen in cinemas and reels . Compared to other btech private colleges,this college might be a good one. This college focus on studies and pass percentage. They even give tc to students who have many backpapers and who causes problems to increase their pass percentage. Clever college. The programmes are conducted by students only and we might have to contribute some amount for that. Faculties are good and they teach very well. Lab assistants are supportive . If you're ready to sit and study, then this college is for you . As btech is not easy , it requires much hardwork to pass . The college will provide online class on days we get constant leave for hostelers facility.
Dislikes
- Almost everything. This college mainly focus on pass percentage and studies. Campus life depends on friends we get. Faculties are good . The college library only have syllabus books,no novels or other books . The programmes are conducted by students so we must have to contribute some amount for that. The college will say this and that and will ask for that fees. The fees is a big amount here . Students are struggling because of the fees (mainly middle class students).
Remarks :
I have written keam exam and joined this college by merit seat admission. In Kerala, btech in food technology is only in few colleges. So comparing to other colleges in kerala, i thought this would be the better one . Don't join this college hoping that so called college life seen in cinemas and all. This college mainly focus on studies. All they want is to increase the pass percentage. Teaching is good and laboratory facilities is also very good . Education is good here .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose food technology in btech coz I want btech and it should also have a little biology and food technology seems interesting to me . Actually in btech courses, food technology is the easiest when compared to other btech courses. The facilities are quite good and they teach very well. The lab assistants are also very supportive. We will have two series exam per semester. And sometimes,a model exam too. We will have 2 assignments and a tutorial work every subject. Compared to other btech courses, food technology is easier.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Actually it's 82810 (75000 + exam fees) per year for merit seat admission students. I have paid this fees for first two years and now in this year , my name is in the low income generation category and fee is reduced to 50000 + exam fees per year. So this year I only had to pay my exam fees (7810) as the remaining fee is taken from the extra amount paid from the first two year ( 25000+25000). It's more than 1 lakh for nri seat students. And there is placement fee of 5000 rs at third year to be paid .
Campus Life :
Don't join this college hoping that so called college life seen in cinemas or reels. Every college has ups and downs . The campus has a slope going to food technology department,it is hard to go from class to canteen and canteen to class . The library only have syllabus books , no novels or other books. But the infrastructure and library is quite good. The college have tdc - dance club and music club too . Regalia is the arts fest ,it happens at even semester,so far it is the main fest of the college. And we will have sports and tki league for some days ( football tournament). There will be onam celebration some year ,if not we will have aikya( keralapiravi) . And sometimes christmas celebration too .
Hostel Facilities :
I have stayed in hostel for the first two years. But there were huge mess problems.it was working women hostel karicode and now the hostel is changed to kundara . The facilities and food of the new hostel very good but the location is not that safe. It's mulavana area . Padappakara area . For going home at night from hostel feels not that safe at that area. The hostel is safe . For first years, there's a seperate hostel at kundara. I have moved to pg at karicode at this year.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
