- I liked the Faculties members and College Library and all the necessities which they are providing like Ground, indoor stadium etc.
Dislikes
- It is quite big in size so student must have any two wheeler for traveling inside campus.
Remarks :
I have Choosed Gauatm Buddha University because its is Government college. I have given Gauatm Buddha University Entrance test [GBUET] for admission and on the basis of my rank I have got admission. I have got 146 rank after giving exam Gbu has conducted counseling process for admissions.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course Curriculum is good and University is teaching each and every subject required by Industries. Faculty members are highly qualified and supportive and provide personal assistance to each student. There are two exams taken per semester Mid Sem and End Sem. Minimum 4 CGPA is required to go to next academic year. Students who fails to score Minimum 4 CGPA has to give special back examination and if they still fails then they has repeat that academic year. Difficulties level is medium. Faculties members are high supportive provides notes to students during exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opted for internship provided my GBU internship scheme. It is conducted my Gbu for providing internship to final year students. Many students also doing internship from private organizations. Internship is compulsory in final year in my course.
Placement Experience :
Campus Placement is descent in my course, it is above 75 percent Placement rate. I am in my 8th semester of btech cse and currently giving interviews in college Placements. Eligibility criteria vary from campany to company with no active backlogs. Rencently Accenture visited. Highest package is 51 LPA in Microsoft andn average is around 6LPA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In My course Btech Cse the yearly Tuition Fees is 2 Lakhs . 1 lakh per Semester. After this the Hostel fees is 20000 Rs per Semester and 20000 Rs per Semester for mess fees. And Exam fees is 1000rs per semester. So I am 282000 Rs per year. The hostel chargers may vary as it is increased now but I am from 2022 Batch so my hostel fees is 20000rs. Only SC and ST gets 50 percent fee waiver on Tuition Fees. UP government provides Yearly scholarship to students on the basis of income certificate. For General Category has to pay full fee and Scholarship depends upon income certificate. In my case I am paying full fees without any scholarship.
Campus Life :
Gbu has a great infrastructure and I had a great college experience. College conducts various fest and events in each semester. Dj Nights, Musical Nights, Food Fest etc are conducted in events. College has a big library with availability of each and evey books, students can issue books from there and also studies there in study rooms. University has various grounds for different sports like cricket, football. Stadiums for tennis and indoor stadius for badminton and basketball. Swimming pool is also available. Overall Gautam Buddha University provides great exposure to students.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I have opted for hostel. Hostel is single seated for boys along with internet connection through LAN. Hostel is neat and provides all necessities. Each hostel has its mess in few distance. Mess food is descent, 4 meals are served in a day. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Mess food is descent and Hygienically prepared. Hostel can be applied through online hostel allotment portal OHMS.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
