- Beautiful place. Campus on top of a hill. Infrastructure
- It has got excellent and experienced faculty members from premier institutions.
Dislikes
- No proper road to the institute. Very small and damaged road. I was actually curious to find out how the buses reached there.
- Sports activities area is less. And there no active sports club and proper ground
Remarks :
The college infrastructure is spacious and cool. Taking transportation into concern it's very difficult to reach there on top of the hill without college buses. All the candidates should satisfy the eligibility criteria announced by the government of Kerala in the prospectus issued from the office of the commissioner for entrance exams (CEE).50 % of the total sanctioned seats under each department will be filled up by the commissioner for entrance examination from the list prepared by the CEE based on merit and by reservation principles followed by the state government. The remaining 50% of seats will be filled up by the college management according to merit. out of this 50%, 15% of the total seats are filled from the non-resident Indian (NRI) category. Tuition fees under govt. quota Rs 4500/- per year. Tuition under management quota Rs 50000/- per year
Course Curriculum Overview :
I love mechanical courses so I took mechanical engineering. People who are interested in engineering can opt mechanically it has great opportunities now & also in the future. The exams are tough but with a proper timetable, we can pass easily. The atmosphere is good in the college All teachers are well qualified and they are very free to answer the doubts of the students. We have more faculty in each department. The course curriculum designed here is good which makes the students join the industry Tuition fee under the government quota is Rs 45000/-per year Tuition fee under the management quota is Rs 50000/-per year The placement cell takes care of placing students in the right kind of jobs. They provide arrangements for national and international companies to visit the campus for recruitment. The office organizes regular programs like soft skill training sessions, mock interviews, and GD techniques to develop their communication skills
Internships Opportunities :
A workshop on "Electric Vehicle Technology" has been organized by the dept. of Electrical and Electronics Engineering under the sponsorship of the ISTE Faculty chapter at M.DIT. for the students of Polytechnic colleges and professionals from Industries. Students from different polytechnic colleges viz; M.DIT Polytechnic college, Ulliyeri, Govt. Polytechnic college, Kozhikode, JDT Polytechnic college, Kozhikode, Women's Polytechnic collge, Kozhikode, Govt. Model Polytechnic College, Vadakara, and Govt. Polytechnic college, Meenangadi had attended the programme.
Placement Experience :
Many students achieved different positions in MDIT college according to the latest information about 50% of the students from every branch got placed many companies visited MDIT to hire students, and they are Tata Consultancy Services and more companies like PK Steels, parisons, VKC, TVS...etc. When the students finish the first year they can do internships as per their wish and the teachers will help to choose the proper project. They can do internships both online and offline mode as per the student wish
Campus Life :
Students can strongly engage in other activities during the duration of our course and also different clubs and arts and different kinds of programs are conducted by the students in the college and the teachers are also supporting the students. The annual tech fest is very well conducted by easy departments in the college. The mechanical department does the fest on the topics that we study. There are a lot of books & journals in the college library for our study & reference purposes.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
