- I love their care towards the students. Every 20 students are assigned with the counselor to monitor their activities.
- I love RMK's food a lot especially they have a good hygiene system.
Dislikes
- Their rules and regulations like , girls and boys should not talk with each other.
- They won't conduct any functions or fest.
Remarks :
I chose RMK because of its placement opportunities and also because it provides high-quality food. The admission process is entirely based on the 12th mark. The cut-off should be high to secure a seat in this college. Other than that, there is no entrance exam. The regular steps provided by TNEA are enough to secure a seat and admission here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Information Technology because it has a good future. All teachers have mostly completed PhD but the quality of teaching is not for knowledge just for marks. The course curriculum is designed by Virtusa Consultancy. Semester exams are moderate in this college, usually pass percentage would be more than 90 in all the departments. R.M.K will provide 5000rs. for needy students every year as a scholarship.
Placement Experience :
99% placement available in RMK Engineering college. The lowest salary package starts from 3.5 lakhs The highest Salary package is up to 26 lakhs Zoho and Amazon are the top recruiters. Some of the companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, HCL, and CTS will visit the campus every year. RMK College forces all students to do internships right from 2nd year onwards
Campus Life :
They won't conduct any functions or festivals. Their only Focus is studies and placements. RMK has a very big library. They have a huge collection of books and journals. Computer labs are available. The computer labs are well maintained here. They have technicians available 24/7. So students will feel comfortable in the lab. The hostel facility is excellent in RMK especially since the food is world-class. Even they will serve parotta, biryani, chicken gravy, dosa, and uthappam for the students. Hostel registration needs to be done every year. The cost of choosing a hostel is Rs.99000.

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.

Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
