For admission in any private college for B.Arch, you have to write the NATA entrance exam. And on the basis of its mark, you'll be allotted merit or management seat. The fee for merit students is around 11 lakhs and for management it is around 15 lakhs. NATA is an aptitude based test and is out of 200 marks. Once after completing NATA, you have to register in keam portal and participate in allotment for merit seats. You can select desired colleges during the allotment process. There was a brief interview before joining in my college. The admission process went smoothly without any issue. The reason why I chose this college was because it is a residential college and it's a completely different experience compared to other colleges. Moreover, the climate, atmosphere and surrounding are also good.
B.Arch is creative and more difficult course in comparison with engineering or the rest of the courses. So it requires proper guidance and experienced faculties are required. The faculty in my college is not completely upto the mark. Some of them are excellent teachers, but not all. Due to the location of the college, no faculty will stay here for a long time. The quality of our work are also not upto the mark in comparison with other colleges. This college is affiliated to the MG University. The fee is reasonable and somewhat similar to other college.
DCSAAD offers placement from a wide range of companies. My plans after getting the degree is to go abroad. Architecture doesn't have much recognition in India and salary is also very low in here. So it's better to go abroad if you want to make some money
Campus Life is on a whole different level in here. Since this is a residential college, we have all the freedom in here. A lot of fest and programs are being conducted. Talking about library, we have 2 libraries and they are one of the biggest you can see in a college. Sports are given less priority here and we doesn't participate much in sports competitions with others. The food is also good compared to other colleges. We're served non-veg everyday and the menu gets changed every month. Hostel rooms are mediocre.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
