- Infrastructure is modern and the classrooms are having modern architecture and are very vibrant and very student friendly
Dislikes
- Hostel is not within the campus it's almost 1 km from the college which might be hectic for some people who don't have vehicles.
- We don't have all the sports facilities like basketball swimming lawn tennis like other colleges
Remarks :
I got 593/720 marks in my Neet ug 2018 exam and my rank was 1964 which was good enough rank for this college. MGMMC Indore is the best medical College of Madhya Pradesh and it has quite good infrastructure and facilities plus faculties are very good and the alma mater of this college are very successful and spread worldwide. The admission process was a very simple one just we needed to get some basic health checkups done and some documentation regarding seat leaving and rural service bond was needed to be done. It was a very pleasing experience reaching my dream college . The sports facilities and the hostels are also good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Mbbs as a course is of 5.5 years 4.5 years of academics and 1 year of internship. In 4.5 years we have to study 19 subjects . After passing the final year we have to do internship in all clinical departments of the hospital to get hands on training. The total fees of the course is around Rs 2,60,000 for all the 4.5 years . Regarding the faculties they are very supportive and knowledgeable. University Exams were held around every year and we needed to pass that with 50% marks in theory, practical and viva separately to get to the next professional year. Exams were of moderate difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship in my college is compulsory where we need to go to every clinical department and get hands on training for specific number of days . It's very useful for us budding doctors . And the internship duty in my college is not as hectic as others. We get ample time to study for our pre- pg exams also.
Placement Experience :
Right now I am doing internship under MGM medical College and myh hospital indore after which i need to appear for neet pg and inicet 2024. After getting selected in these exams I can apply for residency which means post graduation. Right now I am getting an internship stipend of rs 12,760 per month in internship. In residency we get normally around rs 70000 per month.
Campus Life :
Our college hosts a fest named UDGAM which is held around November every year . It has 4 main domains like sports, literary, fine arts and cultural activities. It is held for around a week . Library has all sorts of medical literature and books for pgs plus previous year question papers as well. We have cricket, badminton , football, volleyball and table tennis facilities in our college. Carrom and other indoor sports are also available The hostel of our college is situated around 1 km from the college it is not within the campus. The hostel fees is around 1000 per month 12000/ year where everything is included except food. Mess is present where we need to pay separately like 2800/month for both time food(lunch and dinner). Both veg and non veg options are available.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
