- The college infrastructure is really good and modern with high tech classrooms
- The campus life is unmatchable, really good.
Dislikes
- Although the faculty are very good, but they are very serious.
- The infrastructure setup is really good except for the P.G Gents Hostel
Remarks :
I chose TU mainly because it's a good institute which is very near to my place of residence. Other than that, doing UG in an university rather than in college in itself is a unique thing plus there's a lot of experience to gain from here .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties in my course are really good .. They are mostly very interactive and help the students.. Attending the classes is enough to score good in exams, also they don't hold themselves back while marking.
Placement Experience :
As most of the courses in Tripura university are of humanities background and of general line, there aren't much internship opportunities, but in courses like Business Management, Journalism and MCA, there are loads of placements.
Campus Life :
The campus is not that big ( it is big, but I'm saying it's relatively smaller), but it is a green campus and is very aesthetically pleasing, there are minimum 3 to 4 big programs a month .. the girls hostel is very very well furnished but the gents hostel is below average

Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is according to the UGC guidelines and faculties are also very well renowned and qualified they are very helpful and always keep on updating us with newer sports science concepts everyday and they also are very well sports trainer so if anyone wants to learn new and different sports apart from their specialization they can learn the other sports too

Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for good placement is you have to score more than 7.5 cgpa, the visited recruiters are high, the highest package offered is 15 lpa, and average package is 5 lpa, the percentage of students getting placed in this course is 95%, my plans after getting the degree is to become a judge

The eligibilty for sitting ain placement and internships are different for different organisation. but in brief you can say you must have to have a cgpa of 7.5 and must not have any back logs as many company wont allow students with backlogs. almost 90% of eligible students get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Syllabus is still based on those old curriculum like who studies engineering drawing on paper ,this needs to be improvised . Faculties are quite good especially other state faculties. Fees is quite decent,you also get fee waiver depending on your financial situation.
Must Go through it then apply.
Placement Experience :
Students of 3 rd and final year are allowed to sit in placement and interview round. Highest package be like of cse around 58 lakh Average 12 lakh 80 percentage of student almost get placed . I will move towards tech field after getting my degree.

Placement stats of my college is also very good. It's starts from 4th year. The highest package offer here was 62 lpa last year from cse department. The average package of my college is 12lpa. More tha 85 percent of students are placed every year. Most reputed organization like tata , oracle, phonepay, nokia came in my college for placement.

Placement are quite here the average package of cse is 15.3 and you have to maintain good academic record for placement , around 600 offers were made last year ,also overall placement percent of college in b tech is 77 percent

As for now I am 1st year student and I literally don't have any idea about the placement thing but I asked the seniors about this thing and the answer is very negative, After completing course like B-TECH they hardly get a placement offer of 1.5 to 2 lakh peranm. Think about BCA now

In this course most of the students opt for higher studies. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies visiting here like Google , Indian oil , IBM , Tata etc. But they mostly focus Btech Students. I am interested to do Phd after completing this course.

Internship is not so good but the placement here is very much satisfying It is worth joining this college if your are looking for placement even in low range jee main score around 91 to 98 You get to improve yourself with the help of seniors and friends
