- Infrastructure was good, it was huge & beautiful.
- Campus had great facilities and a lot of area to play.
Dislikes
- An internship was not provided, it would have been added advantage in career.
- Faculties was sometime late, doesn't feel good much.
Remarks :
The study curriculum was amazing as per previous students who studied here. And the practical exposure was also very good. The campus was very beautiful and huge enough to do multiple sports. Honestly speaking, I didn't go to very regularly to college but successfully secured 75% attendance and I'm very happy about it, made great friends, indeed.
Course Curriculum Overview :
From starting I had an interest in commerce background, therefore chose BCOM. The teaching pattern of teachers was brilliant as it was a kind of practical exposure. Exams were scheduled on half yearly basis, difficulty level was high. The course is pretty economical, in total for 3 years it cost me Rs. 15k. I got the scholarship under the Medhavi scheme.
Internships Opportunities :
No company offered any internship for college students. However, I was preparing for CA exams for which my first stipend was Rs. 15k p.m. Bcom provided me an added value during the time of the interview. It was a great experience.
Placement Experience :
For this thing, the college didn't do very well. Only one company came to hire me during my time. The average package offered was Rs. 5 LPA. Their hiring process was that first, they took a return aptitude test (I believe it should have been online), and then one in-person interview round was conducted.
Campus Life :
The dance fest was conducted in Sep'22. Required books were always available during my course, amenities were also available. We used to play cricket, football & badminton the majority of the time. The locality of the college is also great, just outside the college one can get great street food.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.
An unexpected journey

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
