PSG Tech has the strong reputation in the field of engineering in India. Faculty is more experienced. It is well known for the good infrastructure and facilities. It has well equipped lab for great understanding. It has good record of placements and well connected with Industries. Also Alumni network is too strong.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It has a well designed curriculum with a greater theoretical knowledge and with practical knowledge. It helps in comprehension education. The faculty student ratio is 1:30. Most of the faculties are PhD holders. They have well hand on experience in the industry as well as theory. Semester is for 6 months once and it is bit difficult to pass.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is offered for research scholars. They can get the stipend up to 50000. They will directly work under the lecturer and they will report to department HOD. They will get placed in the college if they are willing to work there
Placement Experience :
PSG is well known for campus placement and the placement starts from the end of pre final year. TCS, CTS, HCL. MindTree, Wipro, L&T and much more companies are in que and they offer the salary of max 10,00000 per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure is based on categories of students, such as Indian Nations, International students, and those admitted on quotas. Complete merit is around 30000, self support is around 80000 and Management is around 7 lakhs.
Campus Life :
Mostly in all the month some fest will be there. NCC, NSS, Students club, Tamil Mandram and much more clubs are there and they will conduct events every month. There is separate club for sports especially for Cricket.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel has good infrastructure and they are maintaining it very neat. separate block are there for students based on the year they are studying. Food is healthy and hygienic. While we get admission in college, we can choose the hostel.
Interview Experience :
No. For merit, there is no such screening in the campus. But it may be there for the management students. There was entrance exams where it is based on physics, chemistry and mathematics. Entrance was there for all the students over tamilnadu and they will pick up the students based on the entrance and board exam marks.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
