Remarks :
I attended the KEAM entrance exam to get into engineering colleges in Kerala. Based on the rank I got, I was allotted to the Information Technology in this college. Since it was COVID during the time, the admission process lasted for almost a day. The principal guided us through the rules and procedures of the college and about our course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I got this course based on my entrance rank. Also, I was interested in the IT field. I wanted to take the Computer Science course but I got IT based on my rank. After getting in I realized that there is not much difference in the curriculum of IT and CS, even though preference is given to CS and the cutoff is high for CS. The faculty of IT are strict and their teaching methods are more class-oriented and less real-life application. For financial assistance, different scholarships are provided at central and state levels. Egrantz, MCM, Pragati, and the Central sector are among them.
Internships Opportunities :
No internships are provided by the college. Students have to look for internships outside of campus. Many of the students do internships by searching for themselves. The students are allowed 6 months to attend internships if they want to and that time of the course is marked for internship.
Placement Experience :
The placements start from the seventh semester. Students are provided with quite good opportunities and companies. Some of the companies require an eligibility of 7 GPAs. Some of the companies visited are Speridian, PlanetSpark, Iwave, UST, QBurst, Experion, TATA Elxsi, and Innovature. The average package is 4-5 LPA. More than 20% of students are getting placed on campus.
Campus Life :
The tech fest conducted in our college is Invento and the arts fest is Daksha. Invento takes place once every four years and Daksha is conducted every year. Both fests are conducted beautifully and organized by our students. The college library consists of a variety of books concerning different fields of study in our engineering. The sports club is very active consisting of cricket club and football clubs. Many of our students are also selected for university teams. Other groups or clubs here are the dance club, NH13, and fashion club. She Cell is a club for women aiming to women empowerment and involvement of female students in different activities, which is very successful and active in their activities. The college hostel selects students based on criteria like income, marks, distance, and reservation. Other private hostels are also available with a monthly fee of 4000. The food and facilities of the hostel where I stay are okay.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
