- Support of some faculties. While some faculties came to teach students, others came to support and build foundation in our lives.
- Social life with students. However we could not make much out of college but we did make social life and social skills stronger.
Dislikes
- The environment around the campus was very lethargic and there were no proper routine and scheduled in the college.
- Some of the faculties were hardly serious about education.
Remarks :
It was a known college because my sibling already studied in that college. To get admitted into the college I had to enroll in counselling and I got the admission in second round. There was no interview or written test for admission. The admission was confirmed once I reached on allotted time and paid the fee.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I was interested in computer languages and wanted to pursue higher graduation in that particular course. This was a tier 3 college and in spite of good efforts of hods and department there was not much of regularity in the academics. There were classes but that were not conducted as stated in the schedule. Mostly teachers were good and their teaching methods were also good. The odd sem usually took longer than 6 months and the even sem usually got completed in 4 months because of irregular routine and lack of discipline. However the difficulty of exam was adequate. Students were given scholarship on the basis of reservation.
Internships Opportunities :
Sadly, there is no internship opportunity provided by college right now. there is requirement to complete an internship in 3rd year so the students have to look outside the college to complete internship requirements that may be paid or unpaid.
Placement Experience :
There are hardly any technical companies for placement. Some company comes for sales and marketing roles. A company named Vellko media came and recruited 7 students out of which only 2 accepted the offer which was for about 1.8 lakh per annum. The selection process was rigorous there were 4 rounds before the company give out its offers. Getting admitted into this college means already knowing that you have to go for off-campus placement. However I know many students and seniors who are making up to 12 lakh per annum by off-campus placement.
Campus Life :
BUIT usually conducts technical fest that is called Tekniska. It was conducted twice in my 4 years of college. There are so many events and sports competition in this fest. This is usually conducted organised by this students, only guided by some faculty members. There are so many books available in the library which can be issued and re-issued. There are grounds for different sports inside the campus so the students can play as they wish. Till now there are no social groups, club or website for students, apart from NSUI and ABVP activities (political). My room was nearby the college at a walking distance. The locality was good.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
