- The infrastructure is very weak as the college is based in the old BSNL training centre due to which the infrastructure standards of an NLU are not met adequately
- The fee hikes are exorbitant which are not justified as per the campus development standards.
Remarks :
The admission is based on the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) based ALL India Ranking. The college takes 5 rounds of counseling and thereafter declares vacant seats after the 5 rounds of counselling all of which are on a merit basis. After this process, if still there exists a vacancy, the college shifts to spot-round admission on a first come first serve basis for admission. The college is pretty decent in the field of academics being a National Law University which is one of its kind. However, the college faces some backdrops due to its developing infrastructure. However, the university promises the promotion of extracurricular activities to a greater extent.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course due to my interest in the field of law. The college provides the standards that a law student needs to follow while pursuing their degree. The examination maintains the standards of question papers but also provides the opportunity to re-appear for a subject twice before repeating the course. The examination is conducted on a semester basis within 6 months and a sem is also carried out. Criteria of 75% attendance are laid which is subjected to reasonable exemptions. The classes are conducted regularly. A regular fee hike is observed due to the developing infrastructure facilities. The college provides scholarship facilities being funded by the state government, majorly for the students of Madhya Pradesh.
Internships Opportunities :
The students are required to intern every semester for 21 days or more as per the choice and options of the students. The college provides a letter of approval through which the students can approach the firms or advocates for internship opportunities.
Placement Experience :
Since the college is very new , the placement is not very appropriate. However, the passport batches have received PPOs and placement from known recruiters such as S&G Legal, various banks, and other legal firms. The salary package went to 7.5-8 lacs per annum.
Campus Life :
The college has various clubs and committees such as Moot court committee, event management committee, Alternate Dispute Resolution Cell, Art Club, Sports Committee, Dance club, Literary club, Internship and Placement Cell, Scholarship cell, Research Centres etc. which carry out Flagship events, Fests, Cultural nights and other extracurricular activities. The social life is quite good as the interaction between seniors, juniors and batchmates is quite healthy. The college runs various initiatives which are evident on social media such as the Menstrual Leave initiative recently proposed and successfully undertaken. The hostels are not up to the standard as the hostels are based in BSNL old training center hostels. Hygiene and mess food stand as a major issue as the college charges an annual fee of 40,000 for the hostel and 25,000 for meals four times a day. Mess food is not up to the mark. If a person wishes to opt out of the hostel then 1-2 bhk apartments are available

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
