- I like the infrastructure of the college, which is very modern with all facilities like 4 modern lift , smart class and AC classrooms.
- Campus Life is excellent as there's many fun activities to do like playing sports and many events are been organised so it keeps you busy with events
Dislikes
- There's lack of sports equipments to play with
- Exams are very tough and very hard to clear at some semester
Remarks :
Narsee Monjee Institute has a good reputation when it comes for academic and placement. They also have great infrastructure and good faculty with almost everyone holding a PHD. Degree. To get to this college you have to clear NPAT Exam , which is their own entrance exam for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen BCOM (Hons.) as my course , and I can say that it mainly focuses on finance which I wanted as a career in my life. The courses are designed as per the current requirements of the industry. There's no scholarship in NMIMS
Internships Opportunities :
Yes there's a compulsory intership in every year. After completing first year there's a compulsory NGO internship for every student. I had completed my NGO intership from Chetana Charitable Trust, Chennai with no stipend. And after second year there's a compulsory corporate internship for every student. Students have to work for 7-8 weeks in a corporate company. I had completed my corporate intership for Valmar Project LLP., Tirupathi. I had been given a stipend of ?7000/ month. There are intership opportunities provide to you by the placement cell of our college
Placement Experience :
There are placement opportunities for students after bachelor's degree, only they need to be interest in opting for placement . Many recruiters like a insurance company named "Ditoo" visited our college last week and also many startup company have given job opportunities for bachelor's student. They came with a average package of 4.5-5lakh p.a for bachelor's student. My plan after degree is to complete my master's degree in finance.
Campus Life :
There are many clubs in our college , and every club have there own events ailined evey month on the year. The main event is our fest which is named as " NAMOTSAV" which is done every year and many artist have been called during this fest. There are also many clubs like a literacy club , a musical club , a cultural club and other clubs which play a very important part in our college. I have stayed in both hostel and a rented room . The quality of the food is good in hostel and they provide food four times a day

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
