My honest review on IHM Chennai

- College is good and well infrastructure
- Faculties are very polite and very experience
Dislikes
- Less importance for diploma students compared to ug students
- Timing is very long morning 9 am to evening 5 pm
Remarks :
Ihm chennai is number one hotel management college in tamil nadu that why I chose and there is no written test or interview for diploma courses , only 12 Pass that’s enough age limit is 18 to 25 years
Course Curriculum Overview :
Diploma courses is one year theoretical plus practical after one year we have do internships for six months which is compulsory and after that they gave you course completion certificate , faculties is very well knowledgable and professional, scholarship only for sc & st and there is only one semester exam
Internships Opportunities :
I choose compass foods and catering services for internship for six months in these days I learn lots fo new dishes. Compass group is one of largest catering corporate company in the world I learned lots of new things in there.
Placement Experience :
100 percentage placement for all lots of campus interviews are they organised if you want to go which ever place for job that also arrange by faculty average package is around 1.5 lakhs to maximum 12 lakhs
Campus Life :
Many fest organise by college like good festival etc, In library there is more books related of management every year they conduct sports day games are like cricket, football, kabbadi, basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis etc in instagram there page called ihm chennai run by students, hostel is good foods is great menu is not same every day, registration is simple if you want hostel room you have to inform facilities they will register and allocate separate for boys and girls and affordable

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Not bad placement trainings and good faculty members to train for placements . Good companies with good packages come for placement drives who select the best of all and give placements for them. Good placements.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.
ITS VALUE FOR MONEY
Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum

I have choose and the course Artificial intelligence and data science it was very helpful for the future World under faculty was very knowledgeable and skillful person they teaches meni knowledgeable things and skillful things to do we prepared the time the departed for the exam was also affordable
