life at NIRMA UNIVERSITY
Remarks :
i chose this college because it considers IPMAT score and provides a fallback in case you did not get your selected college after giving CAT, so you can do MBA from nirma. you should score minimum around 140 in IPMAT to get the mail for a PI round. the PI round is considerably easy, given you have a decent GK and your knowledge about your subject in 11th and 12th. for the online PI you should be aware of what they are asking you and give straight answer, and not hover around the topic. also, panicking in front of the interviewers is never a good idea.
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose this course because i had already decide to do BBA and MBA and was pursuing this. the faculty staff is awesome with many visiting faculties. everybody has vast experience and multiple degrees. there is 1 individual and 1 group assignment, 4 quizzes, midterm and semester exam for each subject in each term. the tution fees is same for the BBA phase i.e. 273800 which is added by other costs lie exam fees, books fees, and student activity fees. scholarship is also provided on the basis of merit-cum-means i.e. those who have scored good in IPMAT and other scholarship is based upon the financial condition of the student.
Internships Opportunities :
internships is compulsary after the end of each year in BBA phase. there are also compulsary internships in MBA. in BBA, you have to do social internship in NGO in 1st year and then do corporate interships for the next 2 years. you can either do private internships or get placed by the placement committee.
Placement Experience :
i am currently in 2nd year so i dont know much about placement criteria. some of the few recruiters i know are birla, tata, wipro, TCS, infosys, mahinrdra, accenture, adani, amul, bajaj, cognizant, deloitte, deutsche bank, nestle, ITC, indian oil corp, IBM, HUL, godrej, reliance, schneider electrics, zydus and many more. last year 87 companies came for campus placements and the avg. package was 12.20 LPA and the highest was 30LPA in MBA and 100% students get recruited.
Campus Life :
many annual events and fests are conducted like aarohan, genesis and NUZEAL. the libraries are massive and filled with books of every subject and every genre and is open ill 9 pm. sports life is particularly my favourite as the facilities are amazing. cricket and football grounds, practice nets, basketball, volleyball, badminton and lawn tennis courts along with table tennis, carrom and chees in the studen activity center. many events are held like crickshetra, invictus and supercup. BBA and MBA both have multiple clubs and committees ranging from SAC o placement o sports to dance to music band etc. currently, only girls are allowed to live in hostels and boys are to live compulsarily only in MBA phase, otherwise boys have to live in nearby PG and hostels or can take flats too in godrej garden city, adhani pratham and stanzaliving etc. the area of PGs is really amidst every possible facility needed, mainly safety. everything is available and the rates are also decent in PGs.

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
