The college ranks 7th among the government medical colleges in Rajasthan. Academics of the college are quite good. It was established in year 2009. The bad aspect includes bad campus infrastructure, nearly no extra curricular activities and jhalawar is a remote district lacking connectivity to other places. The admission is purely based on the rank secured by the candidate in NEET ( national eligibility cum entrance test) conducted on all India level by NTA(national testing agency) ,the admission is direct not involving any interview or group discussion. I prepared for NEET by taking online coaching from Allen career institute kota.
I choose MBBS as it is a noble profession, with a relatively safe career and will be relevant in upcoming years also. Almost All facilities are well qualified MBBS doctors with their post graduation in respective subjects , mostly the teachers teach through power point presentation. Internal Exams are conducted at a gap of 3 months while the final professional exams (profs) are conducted annually. The fee is regulated by RUHS (Rajasthan University of health sciences) you can see it through counseling site. It is provided for each college. I didn't receive any scholarship and financial assistance
One year of Internship is compulsory after four and half years of MBBS to obtain your degree. The interns are the basic pillars of each hospital for it's functioning . They are the persons handling each work. I haven't received experience of internship yet.
Generally there is no culture of placement in mbbs. Either people go to pursue higher studies or clear government exam to become medical officer. Some people also start their own private practice and start earning. Also few people pursue civil services or MBA or go foreign for pursuing higher studies or practicing.
Fest is mostly conducted once in a year but it has been not conducted since 2021. It is generally conducted In month of February-March. The library is up to the mark with well centralised air conditioning and books and journals available. Classrooms are called lecture theatre. The benches are average quality and class is aur conditioning. But in practicals it sucks as there are no Air conditioners or cooler. Only one football ground is there which is of very low quality and volleyball and badminton nets are there. No social groups or clubs or website is there. Hostels are not given to freshers The condition of boys hostel is very poor.you can easily find accommodation outside the college of better conditioned room.
I am not into placement and job opportunities by my course I am preparing for a government exam hence I need a degree for that On the other hand as it is a government college There are high chances of placements with good packages
Its an 100% placement college with internships opportunities at 7th semester The college gives details mock questions whick can be asked during interviews sessions. The college even have great company opportunities
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams
Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.
You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.
our course first batch is still not gradutaed so there is no info about placements but there is such help in internship. they also told that they will give placment asiistance from their side , lets see
The internship experience is provided by college . Many recruiters came for recruitments every year in all the streams. companies like HUL and FMCG groups take their fresh employees and provide experience of salary basis.
I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.
There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
