Likes
- Mechanical Department is the best in Mohandas college. I enjoyed the 3 years and one more year left and going to enjoy that too.
- Faculties are well qualified and very friendly.
Dislikes
- The security of the college is not friendly, puts us into unwanted troubles.
- Unnecessary fine charging on students are unacceptable.
Remarks :
After my KEAM exams, I was in search of which college to complete my Engineering Degree, My first priority was to study in Trivandrum, So I searched engineering colleges in Trivandrum and found a good college with good reviews. I got admission through KEAM Entrance 2nd Allotment, and chose to study here
Course Curriculum Overview :
1. As I'm planning to work in the NDT field, I chose to study Mechanical Engineering. 2. The faculties are well qualified and experienced. I enjoy my college life only because I'm in Mechanical Department. 3. Series exams will be conducted twice in a semester, and the difficulty level is not too high. 4. My yearly fee is 75k, and there is no fee hike, but the management asks to pay unwanted fines.
Internships Opportunities :
We were offered to do a 7 days internship at Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and we have successfully completed it and learned the basic and intermediate level of the Automobile Mechanical Industry.
Placement Experience :
1. Campus placements mainly happen to Computer Science students, and other branches students have to go for off campus interviews. 2. Amazon, Wipro, TCS are the main recruiters. 4. After my degree I have planned to go for a 1 year course on NDT.
Campus Life :
1. The College fest is called Illuminatti. It is conducted in the month of MAY, This year Proshow was conducted by 'Street Academics' and DJ by 'Robin Richard'. 2. The college has a good Library, but only old editions of Data books are available there. 3. Clubs such as NSS and IEDC are live.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
