Likes
- Excellent faculty. Helped us a lot in clearing our doubts but also building our character in a god way
- Vast library. I was able to research a lot due to the availability of books
Dislikes
- Since the college was build in a rural area, we had less transportation facilities. we had to walk some distance to reach there
- I believe it would be much more good if we had a little bit large infrastructure
Remarks :
I chose this college because of the excellent education they offer. I did some research on this college and course and I found that they offer good education. Another thing that caught my attention is the behavior of teachers and other staff to students. Being an alumni of this college i can assure that all the staffs are well mannered to the students. In my 3 years of study i never faced any hardships from them. Also, there weren't any entrance exams or other criteria. The admission was purely based on the marks i scored on +2
Course Curriculum Overview :
I liked computers and i am always passionate about it. It is one of the main reasons why i chose this course. I want to build a career in computer science as a software developer and I believe my bachelors in computer science act as a strong foundation to build my career. The teachers who took the classes were all professionals with years of experience. Their knowledge and experience in the field helped us a lot. We had internal exams every month as well as model exams and semester exams which were conducted once in every four or five months. The exams were not too difficult, with proper learning anyone could pass the exam. Being a government aided college, there weren't much fees. the tuition fees was nearly 6000 a year which is very much affordable. Also students were able to apply for different scholarships like alumni scholarship or egrants which provided a fair amount to the students.
Internships Opportunities :
I have opter for an internship in a company in ernakulam named Infotech pvt ltd. I did a 3 month internship there as a python developer. Under them i did some projects. The msin project i did was creating an e-commerce website. In addition, i have also did some other projects related to this.
Placement Experience :
My college provided placements to students who have no backlogs. The one and only eligibility is to clear all papers without fail. Many companies offered jobs for students. some are TCS, Infotech etc. Many companies from info park in ernakulam have offered jobs for students. Nearly 80% of students who attended the placement drive got job. The average starting package many companies offered were 2L per annum.
Campus Life :
I had the most of fun in my college. I was able to find many friends from there. My college has a decent infrastructure, not to large but not to small. however, the size of college never backed us down from having fests or programs. we had different programs like ethnic day, union day, arts day, college day, sports meet, cultural day and so on. Throughout the year we had programs. Also, we had different clubs like eco club, literary club, maths club etc which conducted different activities. Moreover, the college provided a vast library with lots of books ranging from leisure books to books needed for studying and research. I was a day scholar so i don't know much about hostel details but from what my friends and classmates said they had a good time at hostel. Neither the food nor the atmosphere was bad.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
