- Campus Life is quite monotonous. But being a medical College, this is expected.
- I feel that the there is a lot of unnecessary expenses in the college from various fees.
Remarks :
This college is a part of the well known Indoamerican hospital in Kottayam. Hence , I decided to be a part of this prestigious institute. The admission was by LBS, a government organisation of Kerala designed to assign government seats to various paramedical colleges across Kerala. The admission is based on class 12 marks. An amount of Rupees 25,000 have to be payed to LBS to ensure the seat. LBS then asks to report the college on a specific date with documents like class 10 and 12 certificates, LBS admission paper etc. The college is well known for its educational facilities and the management. The college, being a medical college, focusses more on education rather than programmes and cultural fests.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since childhood, I aspired to become a doctor. Unfortunately, i couldn't achieve the marks required for a Government seat. Hence, i decided to choose something related to the medical field as my career option. On knowing about the course, i decided on go ahead with it. The college has well experienced faculty committed to impart their knowledge to the students through various educational devices and methods and helps to gather a better understanding of various subjects in the course. There are three internal examinations within an academic year (of 50/100 marks). It's is necessary to pass these examinations to write University exams of KUHS. The exams are moderately easy. The fees of the college is decided by KUHS and there has been no drastic fees hike. The course is of 85,500/- rupees for each academic year.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship lasts for 6 months of which 2 months at IAH and the rest is our choice . This internship is compulsory after which course completion certificate is given . The internship is only for students who have passed all their exams till 4th year.
Placement Experience :
Being a medical degree, the course requires experience more than anything else. The college provides opportunities to learn about Physiotherapy procedures by clinical postings in various venues. Many students opt for MPT after Bpt.
Campus Life :
The college conducts various programmes like Art's day,Sports day, Academic day, College day , Induction programme and Union election. These programmes are conducted according to student comfort and convenience. The college has a library in which various books of different publications are placed. Additionally, the college also provides previous year question papers.The extra curricular activities conducted are quite entertaining and memorable. Sports day is conducted on the ground of schools nearby the college. All other programmes are conducted in the college auditorium. The students have Instagram page educating others about Physiotherapy and to know the mindset of people about various social issues. The hostel food is mediocre. Food is provided four times daily. The mess provides a variety of traditional Kerala menu . Both veg and non veg meals are provided for the students. Hostel is only available for female students and the hostel fees is 25,000 annually.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
