- I like the surrounding environments and the greenish paddy fields which gives a fresh experience
- I like the well experienced teaching staffs who teaches us notl only teaching but also guiding us in our future career by providing mentorship
Dislikes
- First,I dislike the infrastructural facilities of this college and hostel is poor and there is no well developed roads and ways
- Second I greatly disappointed with fee structure,for regular(merit)-25k per semester and for management seat-150000/semester
Remarks :
Coming to good aspects, this college located in a village area so there is no pollution and disturbances, Alumnus of this college settled in various fields including civil services,banking, entrepreneurs, scientists, lecturers, etc besides this experienced staffs teaches not only subjects but also providing us mentorship guidance. While coming to bad aspects, the fee structure of this college is huge compared to other colleges in U.T of Puducherry, for management seat they procure 1,50,000 lakhs per semester.And the infrastructure facilities of college as well as hostel is poor Coming to admission process, there is no entrance exam for Ug program except Pg program, the students are allotted purely based on merit(Centac)Out of 120 seats, half of the seats is merit remaining comes under management seat
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because it has a wider scope both in public and private sector. All teaching staffs are well experienced and talented fellows and teaching is good if it is a old staff. Totally there are 3 exams per semester, one is mid semester exam which commences when half semester finished remaining final practical and final theory conducts after the semester syllabus completed. There is a scholarship named full fee scheme only for SC,ST candidates besides this there is no financial assistance.
Internships Opportunities :
As I said Earlier, a company conducted a campus interview and selected our students based on communication skills in group discussion besides this our professors of this college various research projects.
Placement Experience :
There is a wider scope for b.sc agriculture students both in public and private sector as I mentioned earlier.In the last 10 yrs no campus interview is being done but in last year a company conducted a interview and selected students based on group discussion.And the salary package is 15k per month. I have chosen this course for my competitive exam preparation as it contains general sciences,etc Only a few students getting placement after completing this graduation ???? we can get job as a junior research fellowship after acquiring b.sc agriculture and the salary will be surely 15 to 20 k per month
Campus Life :
There is a small Library situated in admin block,it contains only few general books mostly subject-matter books besides there is many journals kept in the racks Every year our college used to participate students in various sports games both at state and national level besides this for extra curricular activities.competitions being conducted both in and between the colleges. Officially there is a telegram group named PAJANCOA which ecloses all students,teaching and non-teaching staffs and communication,data is passed via this group to all students. And every year,final year students nominated as club secretary,sports secretary,hostel secretary,etc elected by both students and staff advisor who is a incharge of all programme activities being conducted in our college In hostel,the infrastructure is poor and the status of both bathroom,toilets is very poor The food is slightly good but not too good,for non-veg(4,000)andveg(3,500) per month finally for registration pay 20,000 in ho office

There have campus placement after completing our course if we are wiling to do so on the affiliated colleges or off campuses of the university. For women also there have colleges at local and national level. Students also prefer to proceed their studies at global level by entering into international universities and other programmes.

The college has its own placement cell .each year almost 400-500 students are getting placed.the well know recruiters are TCS , Accenture,Bounteous , Capgemini etc.the highest package of cur end year is 12LPA.

Eligibility for sitting In placement is that we should not carry backlogs and we have to maintain a decent cg of 7+ some companies do allow even you have backlogs but mostly they don't . In eee we have a good scope of getting palced this time everyone who sat for placements was placed and the highest core package of 12lpa which is actually good. Average was around 7 lpa for core in eee . I'll probably choose upsc career so this placement thing is not my piece of cake . Still our college is good for eee core placements

Job placement is quite bad in our university if you think to get addmission here you will fight for job . You have to apply directly to the companies. Companies are coming here but they didn't provide placement more than 30% .

Placement Experience :
The few companies which attended the placement drive were pharmaceuticals and sales companies, which weren't related to the field we pursued. Students attended the placement drive got placed and were able to bag below average packages. The percentage of students who got placed were around 40%. My plans were to go for higher studies. More emphasis could have been placed by the college on the placements and more opportunities could have been provided by the college for the students.

Placement Experience :
Every year students are placed in a week reputed companies like Amazon,Virtusa,TCS, Capgemini, Renault and so on. All the students having eligibility to attend the placements but some of the Top MNC expected 60% eligibility of throughout 10,12 and academic CGPA. So not eligible students also having more placements options to crack it.
