- College is well adapted with the requirements as far as the courses are concerned because there are only 4 branches here. So, as of now the infrastructure is well developed for that with 2 blocks.
- Most of the faculties have completed their PhDs which helps us to squeeze out the maximum knowledge we can put of them and as for faculties they are very much happy to help out.
- No one would regret getting into the college as the college is in the main city and inside the campus you get to see variety of new things (as for me it was).
Dislikes
- The thing I was mostly thinking of was that the campus is small compared to other campuses. There is nothing unique to explore out.
- For availing various scholarships or to avail the duty leaves you have to run a lot from here to there ( even if at the end the work is done).
Remarks :
There is an exam called KEAM conducted by the Kerala govt for admissions to technical courses. The exam can be written after grade 12th and mainly focuses on physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The score is calculated as: 50% of the sum of marks scored in grade 12th in physics, chemistry, and mathematics + 50% of the mark scored in the written KEAM exam paper The exam is out of 600 and questions mostly range from easy to difficult level, completing the CBSE thoroughly and obtaining more knowledge on some important topics might help very well. There were 3 rounds of counseling after the ranks were allotted. The cut-off for my college ends at 27K for merit and 45K for management seats ( in some colleges there are only merit seats).
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was a computer science student, so was more interested in that. I had a plan for a project that I needed to work on, so for that thing, I planned to choose artificial intelligence and Machine Learning with CS. Most of the faculties here have completed their PhD and the rest are PG graduates and going on with their PhD. There are 2 series (terminal) exams before the main sem exams. E-grant scholarships can be applied by SC, ST, and OBC students.
Internships Opportunities :
1 internship is compulsory to be seated for a placement campaign, let it be provided by the college or done by the individual on their own. Companies like Techmagi, KSEB, Water Authority, etc do provide internships to students. Students from 3rd and 4th year are eligible for getting an internship from the college. I have done a 2-month internship with Techmagi on my own till now.
Placement Experience :
Every company has its eligibility criteria to be seated in the placement campaign and as technopark is near many companies do visit our campus for placement. The average package is 6LPA and the highest last year was 10LPA. Placement counseling is being provided by the placement cell of the college before the placement campaign starts and mentors a student to attend an interview, which is one of the best things. My plans after graduation are to get a small placement and complete my higher studies side by side.
Campus Life :
Even if it is not a large campus as compared to other colleges, campus life is still a rocking one. Getting hands-on technical skills as well as enjoying life is easy and basically, it's dependent on the person and how they lead it. DakshaYanthra is the 3-day annual fest. There are several technical clubs like FOSS, GDSC, IEDC, etc, and cultural clubs like Layam (music club), Infinity (dance club), NSS, etc. As of now the library has all the required books and journals, and the classes are well adapted with the required number of seats desks, and projectors for the smooth conduction of the classes. Sports stuff has to be bought by the students themselves by pooling the amount, as of now items are there but in case any mishappening occurs in the future then the students themselves have to pool the amount. There are no college hostels but there are many hostels and PGs around the college as it is in the main city itself. The prices are very much affordable.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
