- It is a small campus. They are facilities like canteens, libraries, Basketball courts, football ground, cricket grounds.The faculties are really qualified and great.
- Campus Life is great.I am currently in 2nd year.
Dislikes
- I want college to conduct more events . Some events are conducted after the college time .
Remarks :
They are providing good placements in the college. MITS's academic facilities are great. They are in the top pass percentage among engineering colleges in Kerala. The events conducted are not great. Admission is both in management as well as government quota. For government quota, we have to write KEAM. Management quotas and sports quotas are also available.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is B.tech ( Artificial intelligence and data science). There will be a great scope for ai and data science in the future. The teachers are qualified. We will get only 3-4 months for 1 sem. The semester is short. Sem exams are not too difficult.
Placement Experience :
Placements are the main highlight of our college. Many companies will arrive for the placement drive. The college provides training for the students for placements. Major recruiters are IBM, Wipro, cognizant, Amazon etc. In 2023, 306 job offers and the package is 4.76 Lpa. In 2022 there were 508 job offers and a package of 5.08 Lpa. In 2021 there were 336 offers and an AVG package of 4.45 LPA.
Campus Life :
The only big event that occurs in our college is the technical fest. The fest will be around 3-4 days. There will be many technical events and cultural events during the fest. It is one of the best moments in my college life. The library facilities provided by the college are great. There will be a 2-day event for sports day. The students have 4 groups and compete with each other on the sports day. College teams for every sport are strong. There are sports quotas available. Hostel facilities are great compared to other colleges. We have a decent mess with good food. Food quality is great.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty

Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
