- Connection between batchmates, seniors, juniors, faculty, you'll be connected with people from the whole India, and from some countries, that's the best part, you interact with many people make connections, because this field will need it very much
- Some Faculties are literally shitheads, but some are gold, they really know their buisness and will try to teach you best of the best
Dislikes
- Campus life sucks, the college is very far from the main city, you have to travel by bus or auto could cost you very much
- Landscaping, they have literally so much empty space, the lake, they can develop so that it will be a very pleasant space, development is needed
Remarks :
For pursuing Architecture in India, SPAs are among the best colleges, we can say the best, SPAs are in, Delhi (the best), Bhopal, and Vijaywada, according to my rank, i got into Bhopal. I also researched some other government colleges, which I thought might be a better option than SPA Bhopal, but they are not, I asked pass-out students by messaging them on Instagram, but they recommended I go for the SPA. I was confused between CCA, Chandigarh, and SPAB. But I finally chose SPA Bhopal. Anyone could not lose SPA if they are getting one, unless it's CEPT????.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is very unconventional compared to Engineering or Medical Colleges, it is a design college, and they will try to extract a radical mind out of you. They want you to think and explore things out of the box. hate him, also you'll get frustrated. But eventually, in 2nd year, you'll get to. After 1st Year you'll be assigned to design spaces(built environment or building), there you'll get to know how circulation works, and what to place where according to the given conditions and restrictions, and you'll explore various things in the course. About fees, it's 25K(tuition fee)+23K(Hostel and other fees) for each semester. Mess fees are around 138 rs per day, so we'll have to pay for no. of days you stayed in a hostel. for General Candidates no scholarship. For ST/SCs there is no Tuition fee plus they get a scholarship of around 68 K per year.profit-11K per semester????
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are held in the 8th Semester, I am currently in the 5th Semester, but one can get an internship easily because the SPA tag is very powerful, but most important part is your portfolio, if it's very good, then you will get a better job and internship, and will be paid better.
Placement Experience :
You'll have to search for a job, there is no recruitment program in the college, in fact architecture college doesn't have any recruitment programs I guess. But if you are in SPA you'll get a job. I don't know about the average package, highest package, etc. but don't expect a hefty in-hand salary at first because architects are not well paid in India. You can apply for Jobs in foreign, and you can also get one, but your portfolio should be amazing, like very good. Based on your work, you'll get paid.
Campus Life :
Hostel Fees is around 23K per semester. To be honest, the campus is very boring. It is far from the city, auto charges a hefty amount to go. But the campus is somewhat beautiful compared to other Colleges, has 2 lakes, and a nicely built academic block (new). A Canteen (Nescafe), General Store, Juice Shop, etc, and have a Tapri outside, 1-2 eating points. Synergy is a very good fest, for 3 SPAs which is celebrated almost every year excluding Corona time, but else there are very few fests. The library is there, it is decent, for Sports, there is ample space and sports like football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, and basketball is popularly played, each sport has a different ground. Gym, Music and Dance room is also available. There are many types of Clubs here for Drama, Dance, Sports, E-Sports, Art, Sketching, Photography, etc. About mess don't expect good food, you'll never find home cooked food anywhere.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
